The Detox Box is a monthly green and natural beauty subscription box from The Detox Market. For $49.95 each month, you’ll get a box featuring one or more green beauty products with a value of at least $90. The price decreases by $10 per month on a 6-month plan!

As you open the box, you will find feel-good messages from The Detox Box.

The products are covered with white squiggles.

This month’s featured brand is Innersense by Greg & Joanne!

The Detox Market had a little Q and A with the makers Greg & Joanne, where they also shared some personal information.

I like the information card they provide! It’s complete with a product description, a list of key ingredients, and expert tips.

Everything in the box this month!

Harmonic Healing Oil ($24) It’s a treatment oil that heals and also provides moisture for nails, hair, and skin. The formula is rich in antioxidants and nutrients, which is a blend of emollient oils, flower essences, sacred tamanu, evening primrose, and macadamia oils.

You can also use this for dry cuticles, scars, stretch marks, and skin irritations. Just put a small amount into your palms and apply to the desired area. It also left an added shine on my hair when i smoothed some flyaways with the leftovers on my palsm but did not make it oily. The smell is amazing!

Hydrating Hair Masque ($30) This luxurious hair mask that’s best for dry and thick hair. It repairs and revitalizes damaged hair with this treatment crafted with flax seed, shea butter, coconut, monoi, tamanu oils, and quinoa.

After pre-cleaning the hair, remove excess moisture and apply midshaft to ends. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes or longer then rinse thoroughly. This product isn’t really for superfine hair like mine, but it will go to great use – a couple of my kids have thicker coarser hair and I love using natural products to help manage their hair.

Now, for the stuff perfect for me!

Pure Harmony Hairbath ($8) This sulfate-free formula shampoo is best for fine to normal hair types. It moisturizes while gently cleanses the hair and I couldn’t be happier to finally try out the Innersence fine hair products!

It is infused with purifying and uplifting extracts of aloe, pumpkin seed, shea butter, and orange flower oil. The formula brings out balance leaving the hair with full volume and without residue or dryness. Emulsify the small amount of hair bath into a light lather and apply to the scalp by massaging and cleansing. Smells sooo good!

Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner ($8) The lightweight silicone-free conditioner increases hair moisture and detangles effectively.

It left my  hair hydrated and shiny with nice volume and didn’t weigh it down a bit. The concoction of rice bran oil, aloe and orange flower oil strengthens and smoothens the hair shaft and the orange oil helps invigorate the scalp (we can always hope for more hair growth!). You can emulsify the conditioner to hands and apply it mid-shaft to ends. Leave it for a minute to 5 for absorption and then rinse thoroughly.

Sweet Spirit Leave-In Conditioner ($8) A lightweight leave-in conditioner is all we need to make sure our hair stay detangled and care-free, ready for any style. This one works well for all hair types.

The spray is infused with emollient oils, fragrant herbs, flower essences, honey and lavender to maintain volume and healing fragrance. Spray it on your hair and distribute the product evenly through comb or fingertips after towel drying. It can also be done to dry hair to rejuvenate or restyle. I will probably use this when I don’t have time for conditioner!

My tresses never felt more pampered! They sent us products that are infused with natural herbs, oils, and fragrances that make up a healthy regimen for our hair. We also have a handy and healing multitasking oil that can be practical to have in every household. The value of the box is $70. I have used Innersence products before and can testify that they are fantastic for scalp health, so I couldn’t be happier with this brand curation!
