My products came in a cute box and were wrapped in tissue paper.

Hello Autumn Groove! This month is all about products that will help us transition into fall.

The product information card listed the products included in the box and a little info about each item. There was a coupon for a purchase in-store or online to save $3 when you make a $15+ beauty purchase.

Two of the items were wrapped in heavy duty tape to avoid leaks, but it was much less than last month and I was able to remove it easily.

Everything in my box! Looks like a good assortment of products!

Love Beauty & Planet Shampoo ($1.55) and Love Beauty & Planet Conditioner ($1.55) I was so happy to see this duo in the box, but not for me. I’m giving them to my daughter, she loves this brand! She loves the body and bounce they give to her hair, and said that after not washing her hair for several days it ended up reviving her scalp and moisturizing her hair.

Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion ($3.22) I use moisturizers year round, so I was happy to receive this fragrance-free one that can be used on my face and body. It really doesn’t have a scent and my skin absorbed it quickly. I like the moisturizers from Cetaphil and this was no exception.

Bliss Makeup Melt Jelly Cleanser ($1.56) I am always happy to try new makeup removers but was a bit worried, as Bliss products tend to be highly fragranced. No problem here, I didn’t even see fragrance listed on the ingredients! Although it can be used on eyes, I used it to remove my face makeup and it did a pretty good job, but didn’t remove everything. I would suggest using it as a makeup remover and then use a separate cleanser to remove the rest of the gunk from pores. It came out of the jar like a jelly, I rubbed it over my face, and then I added water to get it to work. Rinse and get on with your routine!

Olay Whip Active Moisturizer ($8.52) Olay is a popular brand that often shows up in this beauty box. This moisturizer is supposed to help fight aging and has 7 benefits such as evening skin tone and smoothing wrinkles while reducing dark spots.

The cream is whipped and oil-free with a “light as air finish”. My skin absorbed it quickly but I am not a fan of the perfume, which tends to bother my sensitive skin.

Tom’s Of Maine Luminous White Toothpaste ($0.79) is a nice change from my usual Colgate brand. It is intended to whiten teeth within 2 weeks and I found it was very foamy and minty-fresh. Plus my dentist recommends a fluoride-based toothpaste so this one has me covered.

I feel like this month’s box was filled with items for a weekend getaway – hair products, double-duty moisturizer, cleanser, and toothpaste. The sizes were perfect for a few uses and I can really get a feel for whether I like them or not. The value for this box (which is now only $5!) was around $17.19, plus there is that $3 off coupon. I think that’s a good return on the price paid.
