Pearlesque Box is a subscription box that delivers full-sized and travel-sized beauty products from around the world to your home each month so that you can accurately judge how each product affects your skin. Each month features a different organic, non-toxic, natural skin care line. This box is $39.95 a month and promises a value of $90 – and it is often well above that!

DEAL: Save $5 on your first month with PEARL5 and subscribe by the 5th at 4pm PT for this box!

I like the product info cards that Pearlesque provides, they give a brief snapshot into the featured brand.

The back of the introductory card listed each product, its retail value, and how to use each item. I like that Pearlesque also includes their own #pearltip for the products.

First peek! The packing is pretty simple, just some wadded up paper and bubble wrap that keeps everything safe. I received 2 full-sized and 1 travel-sized product from EiR NY+C!

I’ve tried products from this brand before but all three of these items are new-to-me and I couldn’t wait to put them to the test!

Everything in my October Pearlesque Box!

EiR NY+C Savasana Body Oil ($22.50) I love a nice body oil and this one was lovely. The olive oil base includes arnica and calendula, plus there are a few other oils and essential oils in this blend. When I first put it on it had a smokiness about it, like sitting around a campfire, and then the smokiness settles and the vetiver shows up. This makes it perfect for autumn in my book, and of course, men can use this too, it doesn’t smell girly nor manly, just smokey.

EiR NY+C Face Rescue ($45) I am loving this face oil, it seems to help my skin settle down quicker than other oils and moisturizers.

Jojoba oil and elderflower-infused almond oil form the base of this skin soother that has a blend of essential oils added to the mix. I was happy to see that this didn’t have citrus oils, as those tend to irritate my skin. I have been applying this morning and evening and my makeup goes on easier in the morning without dragging.

EiR NY+C Hydrating Face Mist ($35) The other two items came in frosted sea glass bottles, but this one is in some kind of metal container.

It can be used as a face mist or toner, and I prefer it for the latter. It has a strong scent of witch hazel, although there is also rose hydrosol, distilled water, aloe, and a couple of essential oil extracts. I sprayed it on a cotton pad and then wiped it over my face after cleansing and it removed all of the leftover gunk that my cleanser had missed (this happens when testing new products!).

Pearlesque is one of my favorite subscription boxes, and this month was amazing! I was especially happy with my new facial oil, I have been using it all week and really enjoy the way it softens my skin without irritation. The toner was effective and the body oil was perfect for fall, I love the smokey scent and the herby vetiver left behind. My items had a value of around $102.50, way more than the price paid for this subscription. I’m also a fan of EiR NY+C so I had the feeling it was going to be a great month, and it was!!!

Head’s up: The November box will feature products from Skin Owl!
