Everything is durable outdoorsy type stuff, so no need for tons of packing material.

The theme for October 2018 is Camo Kitchen 2.0.

Nomadik always includes a Challenge card to encourage you to get out and use your items in the wild.

Here’s a list of all the items in the box!

They also included the recipe for Banana Coconut French Toast. I can’t wait to try this out.

Everything in my box!

Morakniv Companion Fixed-Blade Knife ($14.41) If outdoor cooking is your forte, should be in your arsenal. I love the bright orange case and black handle which makes it easier to be seen when you’re enjoying your outdoor trip.

It’s a thin blade enclosed in a protective casing which can you attach to your belt for easy access.

The blade is made from hardened Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel to ensure that it will cut through anything with ease.

The blade is made from hardened Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel to ensure that it will cut through anything with ease. The length of the blade is 4.1 inches with thickness at 0.1 inches. The total length of this knife is 8.6 inches.

I like that the handle of the knife offers a good grip which gives you more control over how you wield it.

Human Gear Go Cup ($17.04) This cup is collapsible, making it easy to bring wherever and whenever.

At the back of the package is a list of how you can use this collapsible cup.

What’s great is that it’s not just for drinking but also for storing pills and other small items.

There is a second layer so you can separate pills or keep pills and other items apart.

I like that that this collapsible cup can be broken down depending on its use. You can have a tray, a pill box, or even a drinking cup whatever you prefer. And because it can be pushed down or pulled up, you can easily store it!

The cup itself is made with food-grade silicone while the trays are plastic.

Because the cup has vents on it, any moisture will be removed especially during storage so there will be no molds in it.

The tray also serves as a lid to help prevent your drink from spilling.

It’s so compact and hygienic too!

Mountain House Breakfast Skillet ($4.70) This freeze-dried pack contains hash browns as well as scrambled eggs, combined with mixed pork sausage patty, onions, and peppers, everything you need for a healthy morning meal.

You’ll find all the nutritional facts about your breakfast skillet meal at the back, along with instructions on how to prepare it.

GSI Outdoors Pack Spatula ($74.30) It’s a handy spatula made with reinforced, high-temperature nylon. It comes with an integrated hook that makes it easy to hang for drying.

It’s 7.1 inches long and is lightweight too so no need to worry about the added burden of bringing a bulky cooking tool during your travels.

I love the woodsy design of the spatula as well as the handle because it makes it easier for me to take a hold of it.

Even the back of the spatula looks great! Anyone who spends time outdoors will enjoy this cooking utensil because it doesn’t heat up plus it’s easy to store.

Light My Fire Grandpa’s Fire Fork ($6.99) The fire fork arrived in a white plastic pouch. This outdoor cooking item can be used to skewer some marshmallows or even a hotdog.

It’s made from stainless steel.

Remove the cover for the prongs so you can slip marshmallows or hotdogs, or whatever it is that you want to cook using it. Just add a stick to the FireFork and you’re done!

Here’s how you can install the FireFork on a piece of wood which you can pick up in the woods or wherever you are at the moment. Make sure that the ends are facing away from you.

I like that the FireFork can be secured to the wood so that there is no chance that you will drop your food in the fire.

Nomadik’s collection for the month of October is centered on outdoor cooking! As you might already know, outdoor cooking can be challenging because of the lack of resources. It’s a hassle to bring the usual bulky things we use at home, so I’m really happy to discover compact tools and gears for cooking. It also makes me happy that I can still prepare a filling and wonderful meal for myself and my family even when we’re outdoors. I love the collapsible cup with built-in pill box, and I’m excited to try the breakfast skillet. If you love exploring the outdoors too, this subscription is something you’d enjoy for all the practical outdoor items it brings!
