I ordered this box on October 8th for the November 16th release. Did not get any updates. After not receiving my box as of December 11, 2018, I went to the cratejoy link I used to sign up and found that it states it is temporarily closed. Very disappointing and I now have to do a dispute with my bank. They did charge me in November. But never delivered a box.
Hi Lynn – I checked and confirmed what you saw, and reached out to the owner. She was very surprised and has since reached out to the platform provider about the site being down. She runs 4 subscriptions so I was also surprised to see this complaint. With the first box there was a printer issue, which she emailed about but has heard that not everyone received. She did note that the first box has now shipped.
