FilterSnap is an air filter subscription service. You check your filter size, sign up, and they send you a new filter every 30, 60 or 90 days. Properly maintained air filters can increase the efficiency as well as the longevity of your HVAC system. It makes a task that is an easily forgotten drudgery impossible to forget.
They make ordering your filter easy. To check your filter size, you just check the side of your current filter or if you don’t have a filter you can measure the height and width of the area inside of your air intake. They have dozens of sizes available.

I have two air returns and they are different sizes but that is not a problem with FilterSnap. They sent the sizes we needed.
After you choose your filter size you are going to be confronted with choosing between Filtersnap‘s Basic, Standard or Ultimate filters which vary based on their MERV rating.
The price of your subscription varies depending on the size of filter that you choose and the MERV rating, but prices start around $14 and top out around $37 per filter.
The filters are made with superior frames, uniform pleat spacing and are Made in America. You can’t go wrong with all of those.
You can’t really tell but my filters are in the ceiling. This is on my first floor.
And this is on my second. As you can see I’m horrible at remembering to change the filters up here. I have an issue finding the size for this one at the regular box stores. FilterSnap is going to fix that for me and send the ones I need right to my house. I kept the picture like this but I did go in and clean the whole thing when we were switching them out so it looks a lot better now.
FilterSnap is a fantastic idea and will really save me time and money. I often have a hard time finding the sizes I need and then when we buy them they come in packs of two but we can only use one at a time so I have to store the others until we change again. FilterSnap will send just what I need when I need it and I can easily go in and change the filters so they don’t get clogged up again.
I also noticed that you can get your fridge filter sent to you as well. This is another one that we are lacking in and have to order when we do change it. I’m going to get that added to my subscription so I can be on point with all my changes.
