Blume subscription box’s main goal is to aid women in personalizing their self-care routine on a daily basis. They offer a build-your-own box, starting at $10.99 per month. They offer both plastic applicator tampons and cardboard applicator tampons, as well as regular and overnight pads and regular or super tampons. Subscribers also have the option to add other products (like more pads/tampons/liners) and a sweet treat!

This is the review of the Base Box that contains regular tampons (ships monthly) and the Self-Care Bundle (ships quarterly).

The box is packed with several items. What I love about the packaging is how Blume promotes self-care.

There are several boxes and a pouch stored in this box that look like they are going to make my monthly period more bearable.

Everything in my box!

There are also several cards with the theme centering on self-care and the use of natural products.

At the back of the cards are details on the items included in the box. It’s nice that they wrote the notes in a personal tone too.

Self-care is the new going out.

Daydreamer is organic, vegan, and paraben-free.

Blume Day Dreamer Super Gentle Face Wash ($14) A face wash should be gentle on the skin and hydrating. This one from Blume seems to do the job right, thanks to its soothing plant extracts such as chamomile, geranium, lavender, and jojoba. It feels great on my skin and it does moisturize it properly too.

The list of ingredients is found at the back of the box. This wash is gentle enough for my tween to use, too.

We make going natural, second nature.

Hug Me is an organic deodorant that protects you from sweat and smell without irritating your skin. You only need 2 to 3 swipes of this deodorant and you’ll be confident enough to give someone a very special hug.

Blume Hug Me Deodorant ($12) No need to reapply every 2 hours because this product is made to last the entire day. How cool is that?

Among the ingredients that are listed in the back of the deodorant are organic coconut oil, baking soda, organic jojoba oil, and probiotics. As you can see, no preservatives, additives, or other chemicals listed.

Self-care and self-love first.

Meltdown helps fight off any blemishes on the skin using all organic ingredients. You should apply a small amount to your breakouts prior to applying your night cream to banish the blemishes.

Blume Meltdown Acne Treatment ($26) It’s time to say goodbye to the zits that are making my life frustrating! A spot treatment that doesn’t use drying ingredients, Blume Meltdown looks promising as an acne treatment. I can’t wait to try it!

It has black cumin seed oil, rosehip oil, rosemary leaf extract and more, all of which are known to fight inflammation, redness, and swelling. The best part? You only need a small amount to treat those breakouts!

Blume Period Stuff Organic Tampons ($11) When it comes to periods, most of us use tampons and pads but we often deal with the uncomfortable feeling of being close to period stuff that contains toxic substances or irritation. Since Blume is promoting self-care and self-love, I’m happy that they included organic tampons in the mix.

I loved the strong visible messaging about Toxic Shock Syndrome on the back of the period stuff pouch. I think it’s really important for people to be aware of it.

There are several tampons stored in the pouch which covers pretty much the entire period. I like the fact that it doesn’t leave any toxic substances.

I don’t use paper applicator tampons but it’s great that they have them available!

Blume provided organic items, both for my skin and my overall self-care. I am always on the lookout for such products because I know how harsh chemicals can be. Good job, Blume, for making me aware of self-care and self-love too. I also like the idea of personalizing the subscription! This feature definitely allows you to get more of your money’s worth and it also makes sure that your supply will really get your needs covered. No more emergency trips to the store!
