Revive Organics is a ready-to-blend smoothie subscription that just launched in Canada, offering ten different flavours of smoothie you can mix and match. They offer weekly shipments of 6, 9, 12, or 24 smoothies, or monthly shipments of 24 smoothies. You can easily skip next week if you need to, or shuffle around your order to try something new. The smoothies arrive frozen and all you are required to do is add your liquid of choice up to the top, dump the whole lot in the blender, and then reuse the plastic cup to sip your smoothie. It even has a straw hole if you want to take it on the go!

First look!

DEAL: Use the code VALERIE25 for 25% off your first smoothie order!

Inside the box was some social media information as well as straws and cleaners — I received a set of four straws for being one of the first subscribers.

The smoothies come boxed in an insulated box with dry ice bags underneath to keep them frozen.

Here are my six smoothies to test-run:

Açai Twist: Açai, bananas, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, beets, and hemp hearts.

Blue Cacao: Cacao, blueberries, kale, avocado, banana, dates, cashews, and maca.

Grass is Greener: Kale, cucumber, pineapple, lime, mango, and camu camu.

Pink Dragon: Dragonfruit, lychee, strawberry, beets, flax seeds.

Punch of Fruit: Banana, cucumbers, lime, orange, cherries, grapes, and strawberries.

Strawberry Zen: Strawberries, goji berry, peach, raspberries, bananas, chia seeds, gluten-free oats, and zucchini.

Here’s the ingredients for the Blue Cacao smoothie! It also has the nutritional information printed on it as well, which isn’t in this shot.

Sorry for the bad lighting in my kitchen! Here’s the inside, covered in cocoa powder!

I used almond milk as my liquid, but you could also use any sort of nut milk, regular milk, soy milk, or even water or juice.

The smoothies blend pretty well, though I think if you had a Vitamix or a Ninja it would go faster and smoother than mine did…

Pour your blended smoothie back into the cup, put in your straw, and it’s ready to go!

My favourite has to be Strawberry Zen. It’s the most flavourful I’ve tried so far. I’m really enjoying having fresh smoothies ready to blend in the morning before work, it means I don’t have to spend a ton of time prepping. I don’t see myself ordering every week as I do different things for breakfast depending on my mood, but I definitely will try the other four flavours at some point!

This company hides behind the faq’s and terms. They don’t send emails or anything to let you change your items or skip if needed. Any company I’ve ordered from does this. Customer service basically just says oh well. Now I’m going to have to contact the bank to make sure they can’t take advantage of a single mom with 3 kids again.

Stay away from this company. I did not get my products. They have no customer service phone number. Chat doesn’t work and they only answer emails that they want. They locked me out of my account and password reset doesn’t work. Won’t let me cancel and charged my credit card a 2nd time. Now I’m dealing with Visa to stop more charges. Nightmare!

Tldr: Don’t buy from them! I had one of the worst and most unethical customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced.

According to their policy on their website, you can email them to pause your subscription and not be billed or charged during their time. So I emailed them to pause my subscription bc I was going out of town for several weeks and they emailed back that it’s ok. However they continued to bill and charge me for 3 orders while I was away. When I found out and emailed them about this, they didn’t apologize but wrote that I could have cancelled my orders online. When I responded that this is different from their policy/their email and asked to speak to a manager and have my subscription cancelled, they said they’d refund me and cancel my subscription. So I checked my profile/subscription on their website, and I had still had orders pending on my profile. And when I checked my visa statement, they only refunded me for two out of the 3 orders. When I followed up about this, they just said that they can’t refund me one of the orders and didn’t explain why.

Hey Ashley! So sorry to hear you had issues with them. I was one of the founding subscribers back when they first launched (I paid for my own subscription, it wasn’t sent to us for review) and they definitely had a lot of growing pains and their website just really wasn’t easy to use. It was a hassle having to email each time I wanted to change my subscription frequency, and after my first month it wasn’t updating my flavour selections. Additionally I saw the same orders pending as well but I thankfully wasn’t charged. I’m not sure what improvements have been made since then (as it’s been a few months since I cancelled) but this is definitely the sort of feedback they need to be getting, so thank you for sharing with us.

How to get in touch with anyone at the office. There is no contact & I want to stop my delivery. Email does not work not does chat.
