PostBox is a paper and stationery subscription box by Postmark’d Studio filled with handcrafted greeting cards and postcards from around the world. PostBox curates the items to a theme and it costs $25 a month plus shipping. You can save on a longer subscription – save 10% on a 3-month sub, 15% on a 6-month sub, and 20% on a 12-month sub. Each sub is $5 a month for shipping.

Each month, your PostBox card box is filled with four greeting cards, one postcard, postage, and a fun artsy doodad such as a pen, pencil, or knick-knack gadget based on a theme. The value of the products in your subscription box will always be what you pay for each month, sometimes more. There may be a surprise bonus gift some months, so you don’t want to miss a box!

PostBox is perfect for those who enjoy sending a handwritten letter or who wants to keep thank you cards on hand. The items in the box would also make a nice hostess gift in a pinch.

DEAL: Get 40% off or $10 off your first box when you sign up for a 3-month subscription. Use the code HS404ME.

I received a card. The envelope usually gives a clue to the theme.

A handwritten card is always appreciated!

My products were wrapped with red, white, and blue-colored ribbon. It lifts out of the box in one piece but I also found some items loose in the box since they won’t fit in the bundle.

I received a card with info on all of my new products. I enjoyed reading the short bio about the makers and where they are from. The theme for September is Snails & Stamps!

The back of the card discussed “Thinking of You Week”, which kicks off its 5th year on September 24th, but this is its 1st year in the U.S. Basically, you send a card every day for 7 days!

Everything in my box!

Such a pretty bundle.

Postmark’d always comes with a pencil and a postcard.

Appalachia Press I Heart Snail Mail Card is available at retail stores on the east coast, and even in Alaska! It is a letterpress card with a cancelled (aka used) stamp on the front! I looked up this stamp and it was issued in 1972 and is worth 15¢ to collectors (50¢ for one in mint condition). Blank inside and with matching envelope.

UWP Luxe Sending Good Vibes Card ($4.99) Well this is certainly a unique take on a classic paper airplane!

Even the envelope has a petite plane printed on the flap. There are blue foil accents on the card, more so than what’s showing in the picture.

You can always skip the envelope and fly it towards the recipient. Unfold to write your sentiment and then fold back up and let ‘er rip! Blank inside and with matching envelope.

Paper Bandit Press My Love Language Card ($5) This snail has a pink dotted shell and is just adorable. Blank inside and with matching envelope.

Big Wheel Press Hello Friend Card ($5.50) This snail is a little more funky, with gold foil accents on his shell and in the plants on the ground. It has been damp and cloudy in my city and mushrooms are everywhere so my daughters will get a kick out of this since we’ve been sending each other pictures any time we encounter some new ‘shrooms. Blank inside and with matching envelope.

Ginger P. Designs Good Mail Day Postcards ($10) Postcards are a little less expensive to mail than a standard card, only 35¢ vs 50¢.

This cute set came with 10 postcards. The front of the card features various cards and the back has space for a greeting and address. The back is light pink in color and each card is 4 x 6 and on sturdy cardstock.

MT Stamp Washi Tape and Cutter ($3.13 for tape, $8.23 for a set of two cutters) I don’t have much experience with washi tape but I have wanted to try using some in my planner so there’s no time like the present.

There were instructions included on how to use the cutter.

The washi tape is made in Japan!

I just realized that when assembled it resembles a snail!

Pretty tape, with lots of different colors and designs. This tape is 25mm (about an inch) wide.

Mini Decorative Postage Tin ($9.04) What a cute tin! It’s about the size of a deck of cards and has air mail motifs.

Vintage Stamps Inside the tin I found vintage, unused stamps! This takes me back to elementary school, when I had a stamp collection which I swear I still have somewhere around here. You can find stamps like these on Etsy. What a unique touch!

Anne, the Postmark’d owner, included a mini card telling why she sent vintage stamps.

The back of the card shows you how to put them together in combos that work for today’s mailing rates. It costs 50¢ to send a standard card and 35¢ to mail a postcard so mix and match to your delight but keep in mind that it must add up to the correct amount or it may get sent back or worse, they may ask the recipient pay the postage due.

Oh my goodness, this theme was just adorable and all the items in this PostBox matched perfectly! The vintage stamps made me nostalgic, and the cards are always of high-quality. I like that there are both traditional greeting cards and postcards because sometimes you want someone to know you are thinking of them but maybe you don’t want to write a whole lot. I’m going to go back to my stationery box and search for my current stamps and then place them in the cute tin, and I’m going to commit to decorating one page of my planner with the washi tape.
