We have the Oxford Momma shipping update for their August 2018 box.

Here’s their full statement:

We’re sorry.

There just is no other way to say it. As a family run business and a new one at that, we were wholly unprepared for a series of events that delayed our August box. The lack of communication surrounding that was inexcusable. We’re so very sorry.

To our new subscribers, we’re getting back on track. To existing subscribers, thank you for your understanding. You’ll start to see shipments going out toward the end of this week, and we’re sending everyone both August and September’s box together.

We’ve also paused renewals for the time being, so you won’t be charged anything until you are receiving your boxes once again.

This experience has given us more insight into the processes we need to have in place moving forward, and we thank you for bearing with us during this learning curve. Thank you for your trust. We won’t let you down again.
