Macy’s Beauty Box is a monthly subscription that delivers five deluxe beauty samples, one bonus item, and a collectible cosmetics bag for $15 per month. Beauty Box subscribers also get an exclusive $5 beauty coupon that can be used online and in-store.

There’s no extra packaging in the box.

The pouch is so cute and useful too. I’m thinking it’s perfect for stashing sweaty gear (like socks!) away from the rest of your bag.

The theme this month is I DON’T SWEAT, I SPARKLE!

Each month comes with a Macy Beauty Box booklet.

There is a $10 coupon at the back of the booklet. These coupons aren’t stackable from one month to the next. BUT there’s free shipping on all Macy’s Beauty orders. Check out these categories sorted from low to high price: Bath & Body, Natural BeautyMakeup, Skincare, and Travel-size.

Macy’s now has a $10 minimum and it’s not written anywhere on the card. Unlike last month this wasn’t as disappointing, because the coupon is for $10, not $5!

The information booklet gives you a list of all the items included in the box.

Everything in the September 2018 Macy’s Beauty Box!

I love the quote and the drawstring bag exclusively from Macy’s! It’s great that they change the style of pouch every time.

Not one, but two scents from Jimmy Choo!

Jimmy Choo Man Blue Eau De Toilette ($1.63) It’s a scent for men with notes of black pepper, leather, sandalwood, and vanilla. It smells sophisticated and rugged at the same time. It’s a kind of scent that can be used for any occasion.

I love the long-lasting refreshing scent as it is not overpowering like the other scents for men.

Jimmy Choo Fever Eau De Parfum ($1.90) The Fever scent is all about glamour. It has a strong sweet floral scent with notes of black plum, lychee, jasmine, heliotrope, vanilla, orange blossom, etc.

It’s very feminine and gives a sexy scented boost. It is also long wearing.

Yuni Shower Sheets ($1.25) These multi-purpose body wipes cleanse, refresh, and naturally deodorize without the need for water. It’s perfect for freshening up after a workout or any physical activity. They are portable, biodegradable, and compostable wipes that has peppermint, citrus, and stimulate the senses naturally.

Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Balm In Super Strawberry ($7.40) Loaded with mango and shea butter, this creamy nourishing balm will make your lips soft and smooth. It has a sheer coverage shade of Super Strawberry (that is leaning on Violet undertones) with a satin finish. The product is formulated without parabens, phthalates, and fragrance.

Dr. Bronner’s Pure-Castile Liquid Soap ($1.37) I’m lucky to chance upon this kind of soap. This product takes the word versatile to another level. It can be a soap for anything. How much you dilute this soap depends on the purpose of cleaning. It has a vast range of stuff that it can clean. It’s the ultimate travel buddy because you need not buy 18 cleansing agents and just buy this one. For the face, just 2 to 3 drops of this on wet hands will do.

Donna Karan Cashmere Mist Deodorant ($15.88) This gentle deodorant promises to controls wetness and perspiration with a fresh and clean scent of Cashmere Mist. This is a product of a bath and body collection based on Donna Karan scent. It has key notes of lily of the valley, bergamot, ylang ylang, jasmine maroc, sandalwood, vanilla, cedarwood, and musk. It’s a generous sample of a pricey product.

Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment ($15.80) It’s a potent treatment that exfoliates, brightens dark spots, revitalizes dull skin, and even skin tones. It also smoothes fine lines and wrinkles. It is lightweight on the skin so you can also apply this as a primer or under foundation.

The curation for this theme is well thought out. From the drawstring pouch to the products, they gave us the essentials for the workout to motivate us to keep our body healthy. All products are more on refreshing and keeping the face and body clean. They even gave us a nourishing lip color balm to keep us from being pale during our intense workout session. I’m also amazed by Dr. Bronner’s liquid soap because it’s like having 18 products in 1. I just have to be patient in checking out the dilution manual though. Still, this month’s box keeps the excitement going and gave us almost $45 worth of products. The coupon had a $10 minimum again but this time it was for $10 so that was okay! I picked up 2 packs of Burts Bees face wipes for $2.12 after the coupon. All in all, this month was a score!
