Each month includes an information card – on one side of the card, Fit Snack provides a workout for the month. I really like these as they help me add some variety to my workouts. This month’s workout is the first part of three of a full body workout.

On the other side of the information card, there are details about each of the items (and lots of times, a coupon code for buying more of what you like). This month, one item was too big to fit everything in a single box, so we received them in two boxes!

Everything in the box!

Vahdam 100% Pure Indian Teas – Assorted. This item wasn’t on the list.

It contains 10 samples of loose leaf teas.

Each bag tells you how to prepare the tea for a perfect cup!

The Cardamom Masala Chai Spiced Black Tea smells amazing!

Pasta Chips Mediterranean Sea Salt. More of a cracker than chips, these reminded me of pita chips. They are light but this flavor was pretty bland. Not bad, just not a lot of flavors.

Protein Crisps Brickoven Pizza. Each bag contains 14g of protein and it’s low carb.

They are little puffed crisps with a very strong pizza flavor with some garlic, oregano hint. Quite tasty.

Nutiva Coconut Oil Samples. Coconut oil is a versatile oil for cooking. You can use it for sauteing, use it as a salad dressing, to roast veggies, etc.

RX Nut Butter –  Peanut Butter. Two delicious nut spread in individual size, with only a couple of ingredients. I love their bars, so I was happy to see they also have a range of nut butters with simple and few ingredients.

Candy Pop Popcorn with Butterfinger. Popcorn coated with Butterfinger and peanut butter.

Lemon Chia-Crunch. Made with flax and chia seeds, coconut, almonds, walnuts, reishi mushroom, it has a nice hint of lemon.

I really like the crunchy texture, and it wasn’t overly sweet either.

Nothin’ But Foods. Something is hiding in this little canvas bag.

Two delicious Quick fix Bars, one in Cherry Cranberry Almond, and the other is Chocolate Coconut Almond. I like how the cherry cranberry one is quite fruity, the fruits are not an afterthought!

We also received a couple of coupons to buy more Nothin’ But products!

Wicked Cutz Turkey Jerky – Korean Style BBQ Flavor. A sweet and savory turkey jerky. It was juicy (there was almost a sauce in the bag!), and quite tasty.

Dr Praeger’s Food Coupons. In the box were included coupons to get a free dr Praeger’s item, and some discounts.

August’s Fit Snack box was another fun box! On top of having a little monthly workout to spice up my own, and the variety in this month’s selection was great with a bit of sweets, some savory items, and a variety of texture as well.
