This box totally missed the mark for me. Last year’s summer box was awesome, it had so many useful things. This year, we get a cheap tank top and a sarong we won’t get until after the summer season. So glad I cancelled. I just wish I would have gotten some of the boxes from last year. I will just keep buying my hello kitty items from the stores.
Great box BUT…the constant delays with zero communication are getting very old. At least have the courtesy to tell us ahead of time when delays will happen otherwise, it just feels like my money was taken months ago with nothing to show for it. I have never received direct communication from them EVER when these significant delays happen. Not a great way to treat your customer base. Agree with the previous reviewer. Too hot to wear sweatshirt when received, will be too cold to enjoy a sarong once that arrives. Concept is excellent, execution – miserable fail.
I enjoy this box, but it seems to come later and later each time. I wonder if they wouldn’t do well to skip a quarter and catch up. It was fairly disappointing to get the sweatshirt last time just as we got into hot weather. Now it sounds like the sarong will get here just as we hit Fall.
