The shade names are always punny!
Sip Happens. Paired with a neutral eye makeup, this lipstick shade certainly means business. Usually, I’m a skeptic on darker colors because they are usually harder to apply. They can be streaky or patchy and the formula is different. I’m glad to say that it’s not the case with this one. It was stickier than the normal formula (probably due to the intense pigment) but it dried down perfectly!
Pour Decisions. This matte fuchsia shade screams party! No need to take a second look because this color is an eye-catcher. No problems encountered with this one as it glides smoothly on lips and gave a full pigment.
Hakuna Moscato. Ain’t nothing wrong with a pop of dusty rose shade that can be perfect for any occasion. It’s a simple color but not dull at all. There’s a subtle difference on the shade that makes it unique and can make you take a second look.
The swatches look great as usual. They are all pigmented, not streaky, all matte but not drying. My favorite out of the bunch is Hakuna Moscato because I can wear it every day and on any occasion. It’s just pink enough!
The wand applicator tip helps to line the lips without an additional lip liner. It is recommended to make a line at the middle of your lips. Outline the first half to the outer corner of your lips and then fill the color when you work your way back in the middle. Just do it repeatedly until you achieve the desired effect. It certainly helps to have plump lips and not to make the pigment appear patchy. I love that they gave us the same range color but in different intensities, from the simple pop of color Hakuna Moscato, a fun color of Pour Decisions to a very bold lip look of Sip Happens. So whatever occasion our party life brings us, we will be ready, this collection has us covered.
