The August Glam Bag is in peach with a yellow lining.

The zipper and the tassel is in yellow too.

There are many bag variations every month for Ipsy – login to your account to check out how-to videos and tips for your products. They’ve also started emailing out product information and tips from their influencers!

Caudalie VinoPerfect Concentrated Brightening Essence ($1.34) It’s a brightening essence to help improve your skin’s tone, dark spots, dullness, and uneven texture. The formula is powered by luminous white peony, glycolic acid, and organic grape water to reveal smoother and healthier skin. It’s also vegan, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and cruelty-free.

Avoid the eye contour area to avoid irritation, just apply to face and neck after cleansing. You can use a cotton pad or your hands to spread it evenly on your skin. The essence is lightweight and it didn’t leave a sticky residue. Perfect for my profile!

Hikari Cosmetics Eyeshadow Cream Pigment In Latte ($13) The eyeshadow is in a plastic black packaging that secures the pigment.

We got the shimmery latte shade. It is used to create definition and a base that can be used to highlight the eyes. It is super pigmented and can be applied by fingertips or blend in with a brush. The powder is creamy and not patchy or streaky.

It is cruelty-free and can be used for 12 months upon opening.

Ciate London Glow-To Highlighter In Moondust ($9.78) The highlighter features velvety shape-shifting duo chrome light soft pigments, providing a lightweight and smooth finish. The best thing about it is that it’s cruelty-free, gluten-free, fragrance-free, and vegan. It also doesn’t contain parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. The formula is blendable and it enhances the angle and curve of your face.

You can lightly dust it across the areas of your face where light usually hits, like the cheekbones, nose bridge, cupid’s bow, and browbone. You can use this alone or over foundation.

Trust Fund Beauty Lipgasm Lipgloss In Evil Genius ($9.33) This is a sheer but pigmented lip gloss that doesn’t dry out the lips and can last for hours. It is vegan and cruelty-free.

I got it in Evil Genius, a berry red shade. If you want coverage, wipe it on the lips using the wand. Blot the excess shine on a clean tissue and swipe another coat if you want more color. If you just want it as a lip stain spread with the applicator for a hint of color. You can also apply it on a pinky-nude lipstick or matte lipstick for glammed up effect.

Coola Mineral Face SPF 30 Rolsillience Organic BB+ Cream In Golden ($5.89) Hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic, this mineral BB cream boosts skin resilience and offers a solution for fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, uneven texture and sun protection. It’s also vegan, cruelty-free, and water resistant up to 80 minutes. Topped off with subtle notes of rose, it smells really nice and refreshing. It’s a lightweight and tinted moisturizer that supports fresh and healthy-looking skin.

Love this double-duty product!

These are the swatches of the highlighter, Latte eyeshadow, lip gloss and tinted BB cream. I think the BB cream is more on the yellow shade and darker than my complexion in this swatch but this was a lot – it blended in really well!

They sent a nice combination of makeup and skincare. First, we use the brightening essence, second the bb cream, then the highlighter, eyeshadow and lastly the lip gloss. They all fit the popsicle colored peach bag that just says summer. The 5 items had a value of almost $40 even though the subscription is only for $10 per month. Well done, Ipsy!
