Graze is a weekly snack box (you can opt to get it bi-weekly too or every month) with 8 individual servings of prepackaged fresh and healthy snacks. With over 100 snacks available, you can rate the snacks you receive online to help customize your box.
We got a Variety Box!
DEAL: You can get an individually sized (4 count) box free for your first box in a Graze subscription ($1 shipping). After you get your free box, pick up more free and almost free subscription boxes here!
Every box includes an info sheet. It has coupons to share with friends and some other item of interest. Sometimes it’s a recipe incorporating a graze snack; other times it is an announcement of new offerings from the Graze snack lab.
Previously, Graze had 8-11 different varieties of snack boxes. Those have been compressed into 3 varieties, letting you focus on protein-rich or lighter choices, or you can get a variety. I liked being able to subscribe to that many particularly treat types, and I kinda miss the old system. You can still filter their online shop by all the categories, though.
Graze recently introduced a rewards program with more incentives to buy from the shop, and we’ve been picking up multi-packs of our very favorite treats to have on hand or tuck into a bag for a snack on the go! They have flavors that I haven’t seen in the subscription yet, which is a little odd. Maybe they’ll show up there, perhaps they’ll be store-exclusive. While they’ve reduced the number of categories (e.g. variety) for subscription purposes, the Graze store can still be sorted, searched, and refined by all manner of categories.
The other side of the info sheet side has the nutrition stats for each of our selections. There’s lots of healthy ingredients and no weird stuff. The expiration dates for the snacks are printed on this sheet, too. Many of the snacks have relatively short expiration dates – these aren’t for stockpiling!
Everything in my box!
Chocolate Pretzel Dippers. These are slightly salted pretzel sticks with a chocolate dip made from cocoa and hazelnuts.
Maple Oat Squares With Superfood Maca. Two pieces of bite-sized oat squares are included in this pack. It’s made with energy boosting ingredients including rolled oats, soy protein crispies, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and maca powder.
The chocolate pretzel dippers is a true classic. It’s perfectly portioned, which means it can fulfill your chocolate cravings without getting a load of calories. I wasn’t as pleased with the oat squares. It is hard for anything to live up to the delightfulness that are flapjacks, and these had a much more toasted and less sweet taste.
Tropical Energizer Smoothie With Spirulina. The combination of golden berries, coconut, almond, and pineapple bites made this unique tropical-themed snack mouthwatering and irresistible.
Raspberry & Coconut Muffin. This deconstructed muffin snack is made from sweet raspberry, creamy coconut, amaretti cookies, and almond slices. It’s rich in vitamin E and manganese.
Both of these snacks are so fruity. It’s definitely a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings!
Spicy Sriracha Crunch. It’s a spicy and crunchy snack made from baked salted peanuts, garlic sesame sticks, and roasted cashews with authentic Thai sriracha-flavored peas.
Not Too Spicy Veggie Protein. This treat combines the dried carrots with the strong flavor of jumbo chili corn. It contains only 140 calories and a suitable snack for vegetarians. The carrots and beans add a nice depth of flavor.
If you’re looking for alternatives to your usual chips, these snacks will do the trick. The rice sticks and sesame sticks are great, and we love all the mixes in which we see them. Both snacks are satisfyingly crunchy, and also a great source of protein and fiber. Of course, the kick of spiciness they provide is enough to get me going. Both are also ideal to add in lunch boxes!
Jalapeño Cheese Taco. Forget nachos, this crispy and cheesy taco snack is the best. It contains jalapeño chickpeas and chili fava beans. A tasty treat for on-the-go munching!
The Cheese Board. This mix satisfied the cheese lover in me by combining cheese flavored cashews and almonds, cheddar cheese bruschetta, and gouda puffs. Cheese overload!
These cheesy snacks are both a good source of protein and fiber with less than 150 calories per serving. They also contain essential minerals like copper and manganese that enhance body metabolism.
It’s another batch of healthy and yummy snacks from Graze! They make such awesome alternatives to the usual snack mixes. They offer a lot of variety, and the snacks are portion-controlled too so all you really have to do is grab one and go. This is the ideal subscription to share with the whole family — everyone in our house has their favorites! They are fantastic for ready-made snacking or take-to-work snacks.
