World’s Finest: The Collection delivers 8-10 100% exclusive DC Comics items every quarter, including apparel, accessories, homewares, and a unique vinyl figure. The subscription costs $48.99 per season with a retail value over $120.

FYI: This box is still available for purchase!

Here’s the box cover: Clark Kent’s suit as a reporter of the Daily Planet.

They cleverly made the box so that sliding the cover reveals his Superman costume!

I can sense great power from within the box!

The theme this quarter was SUPERMAN!

Every quarter is themed – and it’s a total mystery as to the theme of the next quarter yet! Be sure to subscribe to notifications for the next theme reveal! This box is still shipping though!

The information card comes with an illustrated list of all the items included in the SUPERMAN box.

The box looks promising, with lots of rad stuff for this quarter! I love that they went all out with the box design, even adding a cape design to the back.

All the geeky goodies! Everything is totally exclusive to this box!

Krypto The Superdog Enamel Pin. I was expecting a Superman logo pin, but this is what I got… And it’s even better!

Krypto, a.k.a. Superdog, is so cute! He looks dashing with his cape on! He is a white generic breed dog usually thought of as a Labrador Retriever. The pin is also superlarge – see the main photo for the relative size.

Daily Planet Press Pass Lanyard. Most press people wear their IDs all the time, and it’s just right the Daily Planet provides their own Lanyard and ID jacket!

Aside from the ID jacket/protector, it also comes with a Daily Planet logo charm. It can hold your keys too!

The back of the ID insert can contain some of your personal information, just don’t disclose your superhero alter-ego!

It has a rubbery fob with the Daily Planet logo.

The lanyard is a blue and black print of Superman’s logo and the front page of the Daily Planet with yet another Superman headline.

Daily Planet Tee. Of course, if you’re working for one of the famous and most respected American newspapers, you should wear this tee with pride!

You can find the logo of the famous broadsheet on the upper left chest part of the shirt.

And across the back is a larger Daily Planet design! I also love the navy blue color of the shirt — it works well in setting off the golden globe and white letters!

Daily Planet Reporter Bag. A reporter must have all their items ready, so this bag is just perfect!

There’s the iconic golden globe in the corner of the bag’s flap.

It’s like Clark transforming to Superman! When you open the flap, it reveals the Man of Steel design beneath!

There are also several pockets in front. This is where I can put my pens so they’ll never get lost inside the bag.

The back of the flap also has the iconic Superman symbol and a velcro for the enclosure. If you leave it open, it’s just like your bag is a caped Kryptonian.

The slim line makes this bag perfect for day to day use! It’s like an awesome geeky messenger murse.

Daily Planet Reporter Notebook. Also, a reporter must have a handy notebook in case of scoops!

The leatherette notebook cover ensures it’ll last longer, and it has a metal snap fastener in front so you can keep all your writings, notes, and even secrets safe!

The front of the notebook features the Daily Planet’s golden globe logo too.

The back has Superman’s logo on it.

Like the bag, Superman is hiding just inside!

All the pages are ruled and have the Daily Planet logo on top of each page. Too fun!

Superman Vinyl Figure. I knew this box would include a Superman figure, I was just wondering which version… and it’s Classic!

The back of the display box has some info about the origins of the Man of Steel and what he has come to represent.

The symbol of truth and justice, our hero looks like he’s just taking off!

I love the flowing look of his cape!

The base also has the iconic coat of arms, the Kryptonian symbol for “hope” (not an S!).

The paint seems a little off, but he looks great when not in super close-up. He’s still fun overall, and now I’ve got someone to keep my Wonder Woman vinyl company.

Superman Cape Fleece Blanket. Can’t have too many blankets, especially if it’s designed like Superman’s cape!

The Superman logo is in yellow with black outlines.

The blanket is quite huge! It’s soft and comfy too, so it’s sure to keep anyone warm.

Daily Planet Mini Desk Planter. Another best friend for my succulents is here!

It comes in a giftable box.

The planter actually consists of two parts.

The base is meant to support the container and make it look inclined, like the logo.

If not for plants, I can also use it as a decoration for my desk, and make me feel like an executive for the greatest American news organization!

Another awesome box for this quarter! I can say that it’s really worth the wait! Next to Wonder Woman, Superman is a hero from DCU that we love the most (well, and Batman – don’t make us choose!). We definitely love the Daily Planet references and it makes me feel like I’m also a part of the organization. The tee, lanyard, and bag are all superfun, and the bag makes an ultimate murse! The items are all high-quality and well-made, so they don’t disappoint. Any geek collector would be really happy with these exclusive items! My kids did take the blanket over immediately, but who can fault them?
