I was on the edge of my seat just reading the book jacket, I truly cannot wait to read this from cover to cover. I find law absolutely fascinating and to know my new author was a DC lawyer thrills me to my bone. Unfortunately, this book seems to emulate the world we currently live in and I read mostly to escape.

This one seems like a page turner as well. Digging to find the truth about a cold case and getting to find answers to your past all at the same time, I call that a masterpiece. I love all of the praise this author is getting on the back book jacket, I hope this is as good as it seems. I might be adding all Michael Kortya books to my library list.
When I started reading for fun I started with mysteries and over the years I’ve branched out but I have come to realize that thrillers are my favorite. I’ve enjoyed seeing what different writers do to throw me off the beaten path and if they can keep me from figuring out who the real villain is first then I am flabbergasted. I am so glad that Bookcase.club keeps new authors coming to my door with a nice monthly price tag. I’m not sure what I would do without this subscription box, perhaps read the same cookie cutter books over and over again.
