BookCase.Club is a monthly book subscription box where you’ll receive two hand-picked books in one of eight genres. (For the children’s picture book box you’ll get four books!) This is an inexpensive book subscription – less than $15 including shipping per month!

When you sign up, you’ll pick the genre. I selected Blind Date because I love Paranormal Romance novels!

My July Blind Date books, Frostline by Linda Howard & Linda Jones and Fated by Rebecca Zanetti This month I got two paperback books.

Frostline by Linda Howard & Linda Jones ($6.79)- Yes! I love all things dealing with the Tarot and with my love of the show Supernatural anything hunter related is an “oh yes!”

Lenna is Strength, a manifestation of the Tarot card, and powerful beyond reckoning. But when she’s pulled into the human realm and tasked with protecting a young boy, everything is thrown into chaos. Lenna’s not supposed to be here, interacting with mortals. She’s definitely not supposed to be drawn to the sexy mercenary sent to retrieve her by any means necessary . . .

As a Hunter for magical beings, Caine’s duty is simple: return this compelling, impossibly attractive woman and secure the long lost Tarot deck that made travel between worlds possible. Instead he’s drawn into Lenna’s dangerous rescue mission and blindsided by his growing feelings. But there is more than one enemy to contend with. And as the clock runs out, failure means not just the loss of an innocent life and the woman Caine has come to love, but the destruction of Lenna’s entire world.

Fated by Rebecca Zanetti ($15.00)- A vampire story is another of my faves. All things vampires are alright in my book.  Bookcase Club actually sent me this one already a while ago and I loved it then but this is the reminder that it is the first of a series and I haven’t gotten the other books. I’m going to have to revisit the rest of the collection.

MARRY ME

Cara Paulsen does not give up easily. A scientist and a single mother, she’s used to fighting for what she wants, keeping a cool head, and doing whatever it takes to protect her daughter Janie. But “whatever it takes” has never before included a shotgun wedding to a dangerous-looking stranger with an attitude problem. . .

OR ELSE

Sure, the mysterious Talen says that he’s there to protect Cara and Janie. He also says that he’s a three-hundred-year-old vampire. Of course, the way he touches her, Cara might actually believe he’s had that long to practice. . .

BookCase.Club sends two new books to me each month. I’m an avid reader and if left to my own picking I get the same authors over and over. This is a great and inexpensive way to broaden my horizons and try out some new authors. I’ve found so many that are now on my go-to list when looking for new books since getting them in a Bookcase Box.
