DEAL:  New customers can use coupon code WELCOME to save $10 OFF their 3-month or longer Artisan Box subscription.

The contents of the box are well wrapped and packaged to protect them during shipping.

Some items are well wrapped as they’re really fragile.

Along with all of the lovely items in the box, the Artisan Box includes a booklet that gives details about each of the artists responsible for the items in the box.

The theme for this box is APPETIZE. Artisan Box subscribers have a selection of themes from which to choose. This way, artisans will be able to meet GlobeIn’s needs while also having longer, steady work as they continue to produce items for the Artisan Box.

GlobeIn is committed to empowering artisans around the world, and that’s why they’ve included the artisans’ stories along with each product’s description in the booklet.

They’ve also included candid shots or portraits of each artist in their work environment.

There are suggestions at the bottom of the page, which helps you maximize the use of each product.

I love reading this booklet!

It’s a great way to learn about the artisans and communities this subscription has helped to support.

The photos are high quality and the articles are well-written, it’s a fun read.

Here’s a very nice photo to get you in the mood and be excited to use this month’s items!

GlobeIn also included a coupon code for your next purchase!

At the back is a 20% off coupon code you can use when purchasing on their website.

Everything in the APPETIZE box!

Swirl Olive Spoon – India. Made with stainless steel, this spoon is welded into a great twisted shape that can scoop up not only olives, but other appetizers, desserts, or even sauces.

Handwoven Tatreez Napkin Rings – Palestinian Territories. From the Palestinian Territories, these napkin rings are made via Tatreez, a local embroidery technique which is a symbol of Palestinian identity that unites women across generations! The rings have metal snap buttons as enclosures.

Darzah included a $10 off coupon!

Palm Leaf Placemats – Mexico. These leaf placemats represent our weaver friends from Oaxaca, Mexico.

These beautifully weaved mats can be used during meals for crumb management, makes your eating space less messy, or can even serve as a good table decor. The outer ring color of the mats also matches the napkin rings.

Glass Cannister – India. Another item from India is this beautiful glass canister, where you can put liquid condiments!

It also comes with a wooden stopper to protect what’s inside of this clear glass container. Glass work is prominent in the place where this item came from so just look at how nicely this is made!

Ceramic Olive Boat – Tunisia. In Tunisia, olives are harvested from the trees with bare hands, and there are lots of them in there, so it’s just right to make a beautiful boat that can contain these fruits.

The beautiful ceramic boat, from Le Souk Ceramique, is painted beautifully. Aside from olives, it can also contain spreads, cheeses, bread, or even dipping sauces!

Block Print Napkin Set – India. Compared to paper napkins that are disposable, these cloth napkins are eco-friendly and more useful!

The white napkins even have block designs that add more appeal to them. You can try out napkin folding techniques along with the napkin rings too!

The set this month really looks appetizing, even without food!

GlobeIn’s August box is really a beautifully curated box that contains items that go well together, at the dinner table! Everything’s made with love and also, showcases culture from different places and walks of life. This is really a special and one of a kind subscription that aims to give livelihood to people and empowers them and educates as well. I love the ceramic olive boat and swirl spoon, and the rest are wonderful items too that I know that we’ll definitely use to beautify our tables!
