Scentbird sent all four flavors for us to test out.
Green Tea Lip Balm. It’s a moisturizing lip balm that has a subtle taste of green tea. I like that it’s fresh and applies super smoothly. It has rejuvenating green tea extract that is packed with antioxidants that shield skin against free radicals. It’s also rich in avocado oil, sweet almond oil, and vitamins A and E.
It has shea and cocoa butter that adds extra melting effect on the lips. It smells really good with notes of bergamot, lemon zest, orchid and dewy violet. It is free from parabens, sulfates, and not tested on animals.
The lip balm’s squeeze tubes are fitted with metal-tip applicators that deliver a cooling effect to the lips when applying the product.
The Green Tea flavor has white gel-cream consistency and has a hint of shimmer.
Modern Rose Lip Balm. Rich in essential fatty acids and packed with rose hip oil, this lip balm helps to improve elasticity on the lips and restore its moisture.
It has a romantic and refreshing scent of rose with mandarin, lemon zest, raspberry, prosecco, and pink musk.
It has a light pink gel cream with a hint of shimmer.
Raw Honey Lip Balm. Straight from the hive, this balm gives us the golden goodness our lips deserve. Its the main ingredient is honey extract that moisturizes and revitalizes along with vitamins A and E, and avocado oil.
It has a sweet smelling scent of honey bread and with notes of magnolia, almond blossom, heliotrope, and vanilla.
The balm is clear yellow and it glides smoothly on my lips.
Pink Champagne Lip Balm, This one has beta-carotene, vitamins D and C, and polyphenols with essential fatty acids that protects and nourishes. The grape seed oil is the main ingredient.
It has a juicy scent of champagne grape with notes of tangerine, bergamot, liquid musk, and pink praline.
All of them have the same consistency and this one has a faint pink color.
It is not a surprise that the lip balms are scented because the brand started with perfumes and I appreciate that they are starting to branch out. The metal applicator does give a cooling sensation upon applying the balm on lips, which I love. Yyou can’t have too many lip balms, right? Especially when we have 4 different flavors and scents to choose from. I’m not disappointed with the products at all! I also love that hint of shimmer and the light colors from flavors they represent. They feel nourishing on the lips and kinda tasty as well. It’s worth a try, especially if you are crazy over lip balmsor just want to mix up your Scentbird subscription. Now I am really wanting to try all their body products!
