Beauty Heroes is a monthly healthy beauty discovery subscription. Each box features one full-size product + sample items. The subscription costs $115 per quarter, and ships monthly. Beauty Heroes members with an active subscription receive an exclusive 15% discount on all the products in the Beauty Store.

There’s a very perceptive quote indicated in the card.

The products are neatly wrapped in gray paper.

The box is also filled with products and white squiggles!

Every month, Beauty Heroes sends a booklet loaded with information.

At the back, it indicates the benefits of using a reusable water bottle instead of the plastic disposables. It also describes Beauty Heroes’ partnership with a non-profit organization with the same goal of saving mother nature.

An intentional showering ritual!

This pamphlet indicates the detailed ingredients of each product and the what the brand is all about.

This month’s Hero item is True Botanicals Nourishing Shampoo + Conditioner. The Sidekick item is True Botanicals Nourishing Body Wash.  In reality they’re all 3 full sized!

This is the brand illustration card. It also shows the other products available in their brand.

Everything in the July 2018 Beauty Heroes box!

True Botanicals Nourishing Shampoo ($34) It’s an antioxidant-packed shampoo that thoroughly cleans without the harsh sulfates or surfactants. The formula leaves the hair nourished and hydrated from roots to tips. It lathers well and cleans without stripping, ideal whether for normal, dry, damaged, and color-treated hair. I like its refreshing smell that invigorates the senses with light citrusy notes.

They used a coconut-derived surfactant instead of SLS to get a good amount of lather. By this way, it will not strip the hair of its natural oils. Other ingredients are green tea oil, meadowfoam seed oil, aloe leaf extract and Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine.

True Botanicals Nourishing Conditioner ($34) Paired with the nourishing shampoo, this nourishing conditioner leaves hair soft and silky without weighing it down. After shampooing, apply it to damp hair, leave it in for 2 minutes, and rinse. Its antioxidant-rich formula restores the vibrancy and moisture. It also prevents and repairs sun damage.

It primes the hair and scalp with the help of aloe extract, green tea oil, shea butter, and macadamia seed oil. This has a grassy scent.

True Botanicals Nourishing Wash ($28) This nourishing body wash also complements the shampoo and conditioner. It is made up of whole essential oil as it cleans thoroughly without stripping off skin’s natural oils. It doesn’t have synthetic fragrance (it smells like forest) and also packed with antioxidants to prevent and repair the damage. It’s a triple threat for skin problems because it cleans, nourishes, and protects.

The key ingredients are green and white tea, aloe leaf extract, and olive fruit extract. It has a good lather and fragrance without artificial scents or SLS. It leaves the skin clean and hydrated and healthy. This is also suited for baby’s sensitive skin, so the whole family can enjoy its benefits!

The box features the hero of the box and makes sure the sidekick product complements and is compatible. True Botanicals give us a luxurious bath experience with natural generous lather. I love that they spoiled us with hydrating ingredients and natural fresh scents. It is evident that they all don’t have synthetic fragrance because it smelled like the rainforest collectively. The shampoo is light citrusy, conditioner is grassy, and body wash smells like trees. All of them had beautiful packaging. All items came with caps and the pumps were separate. I was a little grumpy the first time I used the set because it was hard to differentiate between the items, but the second time – a revelation! The pumps are see through and because the shampoo is clear, the conditioner is opaque, and the body wash is in the middle, it was dead simple to tell which is which!
