Basic MAN is a men’s monthly subscription box that will send you three basics: socks, boxer-briefs and a t-shirt. The box is $19.99 a month and shipping is free for US subscribers and they ship worldwide ($5 to Canada). All you have to do is to choose your size and you are set! Styles will vary from month to month, but nothing too crazy!

The socks are long but they are soft and not too thin. We like the the stripe design. The logo (a palm tree) is stitched to the socks, but it’s subtle and cute. The socks are made with a blend of cotton, polyester and elastic.
The inside is mostly smooth and well made with only one seem.
Next is a pair of boxer briefs which came in a nice white/beige with a black elastic band. The fabric is quite light and soft. My husband is not usually a fan of light colored underwear, but it’s mostly because it’s easier to grab the black ones at the store when your old underwear are dead! This box deals with that problem by sending you underwear before an emergency arises!
It has an expiry date! Yes, this subscription box reminds you to throw away your old underwear!
The last basic item for this month is a medium-dark green t-shirt. It’s a simple crew neck tee and it also came with an expiry date! The fabric is a blend of polyester and cotton, making it slightly stiff, but it’s a perfect basic tee without any big logo showing up, just a tiny one at the bottom. We are also happy to say that Basic Man’s tee can go through a lot of wash cycle without losing their colors or shape. And the colors don’t bleed in the laundry.
It’s good until December 2020. My husband really likes this color, but found it tighter than his previous Basic Man tee. This one was definitely more of an undershirt than a tee he can wear by itself.
My husband really likes the color in this month’s Basic Man’s box. He doesn’t care that much for light colored boxer briefs, but it’s perfect to go with light colored shorts, so it was well needed! The undershirt was a lovely color and the socks are perfect for any business attire!
Basic Man is a great monthly subscription box for men who don’t have time to go shopping for new basic items, or who hates it. It’s easy, the items are exactly what you need while being classy and comfortable, and the quality is very nice. This subscription is a great value to renew your basic wardrobe without worrying about it. We like that this subscription is true to the basic, in colors and design, and any guy would enjoy it.
