Amazon STEM Toy Club is a monthly subscription box service that delivers age-appropriate STEM toy that encourages any child to learn through play. The subscription costs $19.99 per month, and the theme of the month can be anything from natural sciences to robotics. There’s always something new to discover in every box of Amazon STEM Toy Club!

There are three age ranges available for this box: 3-4 year old, 5-7 year old, and 8-13 year olds. This is a review of the 3-4 year old box.

The subscription doesn’t include any Amazon-generated introductory materials – just the toy in its commercial packaging. It arrives in the usual Amazon shipping materials – multiple age range selections usually ship together.

In case you’re wondering what’s included in the other subscriptions, here’s what they were for our family:

3-5 Year-Olds – Tinkertoy 30 Model Super Building Set ($39.26) This set contains 200 brightly colored classic parts, including spools, flags, washers, rods, and end caps. It helps enhance kids’ creativity and building ability.

The provided building parts are flexible plastic pieces.

Printed at the back of the box is the inventory of the materials.

From this set, there are over 30 different structures kids can build, which will definitely improve their engineering talents. It includes castles, houses, bicycles, and more.

The package also includes a tri-fold brochure showing a step-by-step procedure of different structures you can build.

One part of the brochure features photos of the specific building pieces you will need. They’re even numbered for easier identification.

The brochure is glossy, it’s also very colorful with a lot of pictures showing detailed building instructions. It even included arrows to show specifically where each item is to be inserted.

Here’s everything inside our TinkerToy box!

The materials are color coordinated.

All pieces with the same design also comes with the same color.

Some rods and connectors are flexible enough to bend into your intended structures, allowing your kids for a greater range of creations.

Large items like these wheel-shaped pieces feature the TinkerToy logo on top.

The package also includes a lot of small pieces, so make sure that the kids are well-guided and informed when playing with these.

My sons are pretty much thrilled to work on their new toy.

They’ve easily built this tall windmill!

The instruction manual is so detailed and very easy to follow. It did not take my kids too much time to build this awesome windmill.

I’m totally amazed with TinkerToy. It’s engineering procedure, the details of each part and the materials, they all are so educational and enjoyable!

To ensure that the parts are properly attached to each piece, you have to hear the snapping of joints. It is the signal that the two parts are appropriately connected.

They just can’t stop creating! They spent hours and hours on this box and have returned to their Tinkering many times over the past month.

Amazon STEM Toy Club’s picks are always a win with my kids! I love how this subscription have been so consistent in delivering great toys to enhance my kids’ ability to think, analyze, and build. I am really happy to see how my kids are having fun playing while sharpening their abilitie. The brochure and booklet also come in very handy, the instructions are very detailed and at the same time easy to follow. My kids and I are so happy with this kit and we all are so excited to add more STEM toys to our collection!
