Sugarbash is a quarterly lifestyle subscription that sends 6-7 full-size products in every box. Items range from various categories such as home, health, beauty, fitness, entertainment, food, and technology.
This is a review of their Limited Edition Men’s Box, curated by TV personality Steve Harvey. This box was promised to have a $300 value and was available for $200, but subscribers were able to purchase for $100.
We know Steve well. Great taste. Striking style. Keen eye for quality. What a perfect way to deliver all three to the man (or men) in your life for Father’s Day, a birthday, any day.

Eleventh Candle Company Mahogany Teakwood Soy Wax Candle ($18) It’s a handcrafted and hand-poured candle, with notes of mahogany, black pepper, and vetiver, as well as hints of amber and patchouli. The scent is not overpowering, so you won’t feel suffocated. It can be used anywhere in your home or even in the office.
The makers of this candle help those who are vulnerable to human trafficking by making a place for them to live normally. What a great mission!
Nectar “Harvey” Sunglasses ($44.99) This pair of stylish sunglasses are ideal for summer, as long as you are Steve Harvey. They arrived inside a nice black and white box.
These sunglasses provide 100% UV protection!
Inside the box are the pouch containing the sunglasses and two info cards.
The Harvey certainly raised the bar when it comes to the design. It has an all-black body and a metal on top. It is even equipped with impact resistant and scratch resistant TAC lenses so the wearer can see with clarity.
It’s high quality yet lightweight, so it’s comfortable to wear. The frame is made from polycarbonate to withstand constant use and even beating when you toss it in your bag. The metal bar puts them out of my comfort zone.
Picture Keeper Connect ($119.99) Picture Keeper is a lifesaver if your smartphone always runs out of space. As the package suggests, all that you have to do is to plug your device into the Picture Keeper Connect and you’ll be able to save all the files there with room to spare! So convenient!
This is a handy tool for anyone who needs that extra space for storing photos, contacts, and whatnots on their computer or smartphone. It’s easy to connect too.
The device is small so it is easy to bring with you wherever you go. It comes with a cable too so you will be able to plug it in on any device that you are using. This device doesn’t require any internet and you can even choose how much memory you need depending on your usage. Because of its portability, you don’t have to worry about backing up my smartphone when you are traveling and take tons of photos. I think this is the best use for it, because we regularly download our photos, triple-backup, and keep everything on icloud too.
Utter Nonsense! Family Edition Board Game ($24.99) We love board games, it’s a fun pastime that keeps us away from our screens once in a while. The game we received is called Utter Nonsense and it can be played by the whole family.
There are 50 accent cards in the box, as well as 450 phrase cards which you can mix and match depending on your draw. There will be plenty of laughter for sure, since all players will have to do their best with their improv!
Utter Nonsense is a card game where players combine silly accents with even sillier phrases to create sayings that are just plain ridiculous.
The rules of the game are printed on the box. This game can be played by anyone 8 years old and above. You will need a minimum of four players, but it can go as many as 20 players too!
Utter Nonsense’s design is quite hilarious!
The accent cards are funny too. Basically, once an accent card is revealed in a round, the players will select a phrase card from their hand and say it using the accent.
Silly phrases with silly accents? What a fun game! This is great for family gatherings and parties with friends!
Jord Dark Sandalwood Watch ($139) Even before seeing the watch, I was already impressed with its wooden packaging.
The box even has a pull out drawer at the bottom, which contains an info card.
The cover of the box is removable and it is magnetized to keep it secure.
The inside of the box is spacious enough to keep your timepiece, plus there is ventilation at the bottom which helps keep the watch in good condition.
The information card lists the specifications of the watch. Since it is made from all natural sandalwood, it is advised that you keep it away from water or moist environments as much as possible to avoid deterioration.
It seems that the watch is not resized when it was shipped but the good news is that you can have it resized with a local jeweler and get a $50 gift card when you send an email with the details of the jeweler.
There is one way to describe this Jord watch: 70s masculine. It has a dark sandalwood strap and body, while the simple watch face is black and silver.
It comes with a scratch resistant mineral glass and a deployment buckle with push buttons. The movement is a Citizen Miyota 2035 and you can replace the battery.
You can see that the strap can be adjusted easily when resizing without damaging the original band.
The silver lock keeps the watch secure on your wrist. Simply slip the watch on your wrist and lock it in place and you are good to go.
The Jord watch is hand finished and pretreated using tung oils. It is splash proof plus you can keep the strap looking good with a bit of lemon or even orange oil extract.
Zestt Organic Cotton Throw ($88) It’s an organic cotton throw that arrived bundled up and ribboned!
It measures at 50” x 70” with tassels at the edge. It has classic green stripes too.
It is also made from 100% cotton so it is soft and comfortable to use. It’s truly gigantic, and perfect for tall people, like me. I love this but I think my wife is trying to figure out how to use it as a towel.
Sugarbash Limited Edition is a box full of surprises! I am most impressed with the watch, but all the other items are high-quality and useful too. My family loved Utter Nonsense! We had a barrel of laughs! As for the Picture Keeper Connect, well, there is no longer an excuse for me to miss out on all the good stuff because I can easily transfer photos everywhere I go. This Limited Edition box has a total retail value of $435, which is more than four times the price of the box!
