Yummy Bazaar is a destination food club that delivers gourmet products to your doorstep every month. With the Full Experience, you receive 6-8 full sized gourmet items from a single global destination for $35.95. There is also a Sampler subscription that sends 6-8 sample sizes from various countries for $9.95.

This is the review of the Full Experience box.

This month’s destination is Turkey. The info card features a beautiful photo taken in the country, as well as a short message from Yummy Bazaar.

My box is full of yummy treats.

Also featured on the card is a recipe for Authentic Turkish Tarhana.

Of course, there’s also a list of all the items in the box, accompanied by photos and a brief description for each.

Everything in my May Yummy Bazaar Full Experience Box!

Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Turkish Coffee And Cezve ($10.20) The coffee kit includes an 8.8 ounce can of Turkish coffee and a stainless steel coffee pot. They’re packaged together inside a lavish looking box.

The back of the box contains information on how to use and make your own Turkish coffee.

All the items are positioned neatly inside the box, they even included a carton to put everything in place.

This stainless steel coffee pot is everything you need in preparing your own Turkish coffee. Simply put your own mixture of coffee, sugar, and water on this pot, then boil it and transfer to a cup.

This pot is enough to make two cups of coffee. It’s also easy to clean and so far it hasn’t stained yet. The handle is quite long so it’s easier to pour the coffee when it’s done.

This Turkish coffee is rich and smooth minus the bitterness, so just a little sugar is enough. It’s a great alternative coffee for black coffee lovers. Boiling it on your own using the pot makes it even more exciting.

The can features an easy-to-open top!

Basak Grilled Chicken Seasoning ($3.95) This seasoning is made with curry, sugar, black and red peppers, oregano, mint, and garlic powder.

To use it, pour in the seasoning into a bowl with chicken, add a little olive oil and water, then mix thoroughly. Once fully coated, refrigerate for an hour or 2 and it’s ready to be grilled.

Ulker Krispi Spiced Crackers ($3) These crunchy crackers are jampacked with flavor, thanks to parsley, onion and garlic powder, and thyme. They’re perfect with soups and salads, but you can serve it with dips and cheeses too.

Delicious!

Kral Turkish Tarhana ($3.38) Tarhana is a traditional Turkish soup made from a fermented mixture of plain yogurt, wheat, onion, pepper, and vegetables. This soup mix will make it easier for us to make our own Tarhana at home.

This soup mix was packaged in a drawstring pouch. It also contains instructions on how to cook the dish.

The powder is in a dark orange color and it smells great. We can’t wait to try it out! You only need a quarter cup, so you’ll be making this all summer.

The next item we got is a jar covered with layers of papers to ensure its safety.

Vintage Authentic Turkish Honey With Sliced Nuts ($8.95) The jar contains layers of peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and apricot kernels fully soaked in a delicious honey syrup.

It looks so awesome, I wonder how they layered it so well. This Turkish treat can be added to oatmeal or even as toppings on ice cream or other desserts.

The jar comes with a tag containing the snack’s nutritional facts.

Hazer Baba Pistachio Turkish Delight ($17.47) For our sweet tooth cravings, we received this traditional Turkish dessert that uses honey, chestnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios.

The snack is commonly known as “Turkish delight.”

Each pack contains 15 pieces of the dessert. It is dusted with cornstarch and flavored with vanilla.

It’s chewy, and there are actual bits of nuts in it. Gluten-free and vegan-friendly too. It was our favorite Turkish Delight ever – but we would have liked to try their orange and rose flavors.

This month, Yummy Bazaar brought us delicious goodies from Turkey. It included not just snacks but also other cooking must-haves like the seasoning and the soup mix. My favorite has got to be the Turkish coffee set, it’s easy to prepare and it tastes wonderful too. If you like variety and you want to receive more than just snacks, this around-the-world subscription box is for you!
