This is a review of a regular, non-curated box.

The theme is Warm Weather Pleasures!

The information card gives brief details on each item as well as the price if you were to buy the full size.

You can visit Birchbox.com/MyBox to easily see the details of your box, which I recommend because sometimes they have videos on the item product pages which I find useful.

Everything in my June box!

Matrix Total Results Miracle Creator Hair Mask ($5) This hair mask is inspired by a Korean skincare product that claims that it can repair your damaged strands within a minute. It is a single-use product that nourishes, strengthens, and energizes hair of all types and textures.

Just apply onto wet hair after shampooing, wait 60 seconds, and then rinse. Easy peasy.

R + Co Television Shampoo ($0.81) Packed with glycerin and babassu seed oil, this shampoo cleanses, strengthens, moisturizes, and adds shine for manageable strands. It is gentle enough for everyday use and even on color-treated hair. It balances oil production and detoxifies hair follicles and scalp.

R + Co Television Conditioner ($0.93) To pair with the shampoo is this conditioner formulated with calendula extract. It helps restore moisture and achieve all day softness of hair. It’s gentle to the scalp and doesn’t make hair greasy.

I’m happy they gave us both – they complement each other. Both are paraben and sulfate-free, mineral oil-free, cruelty-free, gluten-free, and vegan. It even offers UV protection.

Philosophy Purity Ultra-Light Moisturizer ($1) I love a good moisturizer! This one offers intense hydration without the greasy and oily after effect. It has vitamin C and E, a green tea antioxidant complex, and chia seed oil which nourishes the skin but doesn’t clog pores. Notably they’ve dumped the parabens from this formula.

Derma-E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum ($2.86) This vitamin C packed serum is not just brightening, it protects your skin from environmental and free radicals as well. Other ingredients include hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, and aloe. It absorbs pretty quickly and it’s not harsh on the skin. A little goes a long way!

Beautaniq Beauty Fill + Tame Brow Gel ($12) We can tame scraggly brow hairs using this brow gel. Each brow hair is nourished with aloe leaf extract and glycerin which sculpts them into the desired shape. It has tapered precision-tip brush and buildable pigment which allows you to control how full, fluffy, or slick your natural looking brows look.

Marcelle Xtension Plus Curl Mascara ($7.50?) After we successfully defined and tamed our brows, it is time to show our lashes some love. This hypoallergenic and perfume free formula is silky and does not clump. The curved wand precisely hugs the eye for easier application and adding volume and curl to my long lashes.

Birchbox did a great job yet again for this curation. Talk about variety! They sent a combination of skincare and makeup. I know there are a lot of versions of this subscription and they curated this box for my profile, but it really shows that they thought about which goodies to give us. I have a hair mask, shampoo and conditioner, brow gel and mascara, and moisturizer and serum. I like the serum the best as it offers anti-aging properties and protection to the skin. I can definitely bring these samples to try out for summer trips. The value of my box this month was about $30, which seemed higher than in past months.
