Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription. Get five makeup, beauty, skincare, and hair care items in a cute bag for $10 a month! It’s the most popular subscription box and a great way to sample new colors and beauty brands.

The June Glam Bag features a sunshiney yellow striped pouch! Everyone got a rainbow color!

It’s just plain bright yellow at the back but it sure is attention-grabbing!

The zipper shows us some Ipsy love.

This month’s theme is FLYING COLORS. It’s Pride month!

Pride month is not just about sexuality! Ipsy box encourages us to enjoy expressing ourselves freely and inspire others while we’re at it. Now would be a great time to mention this total screwup – Ipsy released a video with one of their creators labeling trans women inauthentic. Instead of recognizing that ipsy asked for respect for how their creators identified themselves – except that wasn’t the case – she was labeling other women as inauthentic. Let’s go with this – if you want to identify as a woman, you are. We hope ipsy learns from this but that’s the corporate world for you.

Everything in my June bag!

Pacifica Tomboy Vibe Shadow Palette ($11.37) The unique palette name goes well with the Pride month. It is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

The five fun shades are Tomboy (shimmery brown), 1970 (matte chartreuse), Pretty Vacant (shimmery orangey-peach), Schooled (matte brown), and Rebel (deep, matte tangerine). I’m loving all these bright and versatile colors!

These eyeshadows are so creamy, so they glide smoothly and blend easily. It is also pigmented, a little of it goes a long way. Way different than the shades they used to formulate just for ipsy, which weren’t pigmented and were just sadness.

It has a dual-ended brush for easy application and to make it easier to create on-the-go looks. It will perfectly fit into my travel kit.

Ofra Cosmetics Blush Godet Pan Refill In Blush Melon ($12) I’ve always loved Ofra cosmetics because you get the same pigment as you see them in the packaging.

The 4g refill pan is vegan and cruelty-free as well as other Ofra products. A little goes a long way so be careful on dipping your brush too much.

This is a bright coral matte shade that has buildable pigment and long lasting effect. It can be applied with either dry or wet brush.

These are the lovely swatch shades of Ofra coral matte shade blush and Pacifica palette. See what I mean about that pigmentation?!

Delectable Body Butter Cream ($1.50) It’s a moisturizing and hydrating body butter cream which nourishes skin instantly. Steering us away from dry and flaky skin, it is rich in antioxidants supplied by natural essential oils. It smells really good too!

The key ingredients are repairing shea butter, plus the natural oils of tangerine, grapefruit, and orange. It’s non-GMO and free of parabens and phthalates.

Hey Honey Come Clean Propolis & Mineral Facial Scrub ($5.14) Gentle even for sensitive skin, this facial scrub is non-abrasive yet deep-cleansing. It dissolves gunk and residue to make pores less apparent. I like that it leaves my face with instant glow and radiance.

The crystalline minerals help unclog pores, prevent blackheads, and remove dead skin cells. It is also infused with propolis extract to provide nourishment to the skin. It is recommended to massage into skin for 1 minute (until the crystals turn into lotion) and then rinse with cool water.

Makeup Forever Base Hydrante Hydrating Primer ($6.17) I like primers that are lightweight and creamy without being tacky. This one has my preferred consistency and it helps maintain makeup while balancing the skin’s texture. It’s ideal for all skin tones.

It hydrates and makes the skin firm while leaving the makeup fresh and foundation-hold for hours. This is one of the ten different formulas available for this product.

This bag included a scrub, a moisturizer, a primer, an eye palette, and a blush which creates a whole beauty routine! I love that the items can work as a team and they are cohesive. The total value was about $36 – a great deal for just $10!
