Barkbox is a monthly subscription box just for dogs. Each box has 4-6 dog products and is customized to the size of your pup, plus it has a cute theme that you and your dog will get a kick out of.
This Barkbox is for small dogs like our miniature schnauzers, Lindy and Dean, but you can get them for medium and large dogs too. Check out our Barkbox reviews for a peek at the big dog boxes! NEW: the heavy chewer box!
All the items arrived in good condition.
The theme of this month’s box was SQUEAKHEARTS UNDER THE STARS!
BarkBox always does a great job of making the box decor, treat and toy selections fit the theme.
Included in the box is an information card.
It features photos of some of the items in this box and how to use them. They even included a paper bow tie our pup can wear!
Just hook the bow tie on the collar of your furbaby, and they’ll be ready for prom!
Dean looks pretty awesome with his new bow tie.
More information regarding the items in your monthly BarkBox is featured on this side of the card.
Everything in this month’s box!
Paws Barkery Pork Polka Dots. These delicious treats are made from U.S. sourced ingredients like pork, barley, oats, molasses, tapioca, flaxseed, canola oil, glycerin, and carrots.
These are great as a treat or reward!
The bite-size pork bits are a little soft. They’re made tastier by a natural smoke flavor mixed with tocopherols, which is a great source of vitamin E and a natural preservative.
Happy Howie’s Beef Burger Chew ($5) For a chewy snack, they sent us this treat made from real meat, rice, and natural preservatives.
It does not contain corn, wheat, soy, or artificial colors. The snack is also certified gluten-free!
This beef burger chew has just the right toughness, which little dogs can definitely handle. It’s a great source of protein too.
Bark Magic In The Moo-Light Beef And Turkey Dog Treats. This protein-packed snack doesn’t contain wheat, corn, or soy that may cause harm to your dog. They are only made using 100% real beef and turkey, and other all-natural ingredients.
The treats come in a resealable pack.
The snacks come in squares. They’re quite dry and they get easily broken, but Dean loved them!
Bark Gene The Gentleman Dog Plushie ($12) Gene The Gentleman is a little squirrel plushie wearing a formal outfit.
This plush has a full-body tube squeaker, a furry tail, and embroidered detailing.
Gene The Gentleman is prom-ready too!
The plush’s back is pretty hairy from top to bottom. Our pups had fun playing with it all day!
Bark Click N’ Rip Camera Dog Plushie ($12) We received another plush toy, and this time it’s camera-shaped.
The camera is packed with fluff and a full-bodied tube squeaker.
It also comes with a soft and stretchy t-shirt rope that when torn open will produce a film roll soft toy with spiky ball core.
This plush is so detailed and very colorful. It is the ideal plush toy for a game of tug! Our dogs never break these open, but if yours do, there’s a fun surprise inside, and I think that’s neat!
Dean with his new plush toys! He’s ready for a date!!
Another great curation from Barkbox! This month’s box is excellent, the choices of treats and toys are really outstanding and I know that because I see my dogs enjoying them a lot. Dean and Lindy both enjoyed playing with their new toys right out of the box, and the bow tie looks perfect and makes for a quick photo opp. Barkbox is really a fun and creative subscription box for dogs!
