Everything in the box!

All the bakeries featured in this box have their little introduction to their web address so you can order more of your favourites!

A second card tells us a bit more about all the sweets we get to discover.

An in-depth ingredients list is also included for all of the items on the reverse. I appreciate that it’s easier to avoid whatever could contain an allergen. I also like that you have an expiry date for each item, which is good if you intend to pace yourself (we don’t).

Spring Flower Cookie by Frosted Flour co. A delicious sugar cookie (we love any kind of sugar cookie) with a soft marshmallow frosting. It’s sweet, it’s slightly crumbly, perfect little snack with coffee!

Chocolate Covered Pretzels by Chocolate Lab. We love sweet and salty treats, and these are the perfect treat! The pretzel is big enough that you really have a satisfying crunch. The milk chocolate is not too sweet, complementing the salted pretzel. Lovely!

Raspberry Swirl Cake Pop from The Wooden Spoon. A white chocolate covered vanilla cake with fresh pieces of raspberry, and almond slivers on top. My husband kept it for himself and loved it!

Pecan Butter Tart by Grandmother’s Bake Shoppe. I love butter tart. I can’t get enough of butter tarts. Seriously, I don’t share. The center was creamy, the pecans were candied to the point of almost melting in the mouth, and the crust was flaky and buttery. Gimme more!

White Chocolate Maple Pecan Toffee by Templeman’s Toffee. A thick piece of maple infused toffee, covered with soft white chocolate and pieces of pecans. It was nice, but I had a hard time to break off pieces of the toffee.

We always love our treats from Bakers Krate. There’s usually a nice variety of sweets to please everyone. I like when we have sweet and salty treats and when not everything is heavy on chocolate! This month had a nice balance as the chocolate wasn’t the main player, and there was a bit of everything. It was delicious.

What do you think of this month’s treats?
