Things are a bit different this month, starting with the information card. This month’s theme is Live Your Dharma and every single box received this lovely amethyst crystal bracelet to remind us to honor our Dharma. Dharma is a difficult term to explain, but this box is helping us to honor our life’s passion and be the truest self.
We also get a 30 Day Dharma Challenge. I like this simple little challenge that can easily become part of a morning routine. There’s also a daily sequence of Sun Salutations and other lovely pose to embody our dharma. Once again, I love this! You can really develop an easy but mindful routine.
At the back of the info card, we have a list of all the items in this “new” jewelry box from Yogi Surprise. We are gifted with a necklace, a bracelet (different from the amethyst crystal one), essential oil and a cookie!

The lovely bracelet is fully adjustable with a little rubber ring inside a metal rondelle.

The jewelry came in a cute white canvas bag with the Yogi Surprise logo.
Yogi Surprise beaded bracelet. This bracelet has a mandala charm charm on an adjustable white onyx beads bracelet. It’s light and so pretty. The charm is bigger than what I’m used to, but the weight is nicely balanced by the loose beaded cord. White onys is a great stone to find our grounded self and to stick to our passion and dharma.
Yogi Surprise Mandala Diffuser Necklace. A lovely long pendant with a felt pad for essential oils.
My pendant came with three extra felt pad and a little dropper to make it easier to dose the essential oil on the pads. The locket is held tight with magnetic closures.
Sekoia Essential OIl “The Energizer”. We received this lovely essential oil in a previous Yogi Surprise Lifestyle Box (December 2017) and I still love it! I love the fresh and uplifting blend of spearmint, orange, lemon and lavender. The lavender is not overwhelming and actually grounds the scent in a nice way.
Boulder Baked Double Chocolate Chip Paleo Cookies. A lovely little cookie packed with protein and gluten-free, vegan, soy-free and grain-free.
I really loved this new direction for the Yogi Surprise Jewelry box. I liked that we got a different type of necklace and that a lovely essential oil blend was added to get us uplifted and ready to live our Dharma. I also really enjoyed that we are given a 30 Day Dharma Challenge with a lovely daily yoga sequence to help us start a new routine.
