This box is packed with a ton of Japanese treats!

The magazine is back by popular demand!

This month’s theme is Easter Hunt!

The magazine even includes some fun activities like this word hunt.

Of course, there is a list of all the items in the box together with a brief description for each.

This month’s featured snack is the White Chocolate Milk Tea. Another page features instructions on how to prepare your DIY Choco Banana Kit which is included in the box.

The Discover Japan feature gives a brief information about the Japanese culture. This time it is all about The Inch-High Samurai!

Lastly, they included their own taste test review of the newest KitKat variety, the KitKat Pink Ruby Chocolate!

Everything inside the box!

Kyoro-Chan’s Custard Pudding Snack. Of course, the most important item in any Easter Egg hunt is the Easter Eggs. This pack provides a lot of colorful and yummy Easter Egg like treats, which are actually made of pudding.

The wrapper used is so cute! You can also play a little game using the carton, simply tear the carton and check which one will match the featured egg!

These bite-sized treats have a crunchy outer layer with a yellow gummy center that is made from syrup, sugar, gelatin, and wafers. It’s so tasty!

Pakkuncho Disney Custard Pudding Biscuits. We received three individually packed pudding biscuits. Their packaging features Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck. How cute!

Each biscuit has a Disney character printed on it. The bite-sized biscuits are also filled with chocolate creme. So tasty!

Calbee Plum Seaweed Chips. The flavor of this chip is a fusion of salty seaweed and sweet and sour plum. Meanwhile, the packaging is made and designed in collaboration with Kyoto based textile brand SOU SOU. Very chic for a chip bag!

The chips are thin and ridged, and really crunchy. The flavor is unique, it’s quite hard to compare it with anything but it really tastes wonderful!

Umaiwa Cheese. This snack reminds me of one of the most famous snacks in Japan, the Umaibo. It’s a ring-shaped corn puff snack with a flavor inspired by cheese fondue.

Every piece is fully covered with cheese. They’re so light, puffy, and crunchy! And super cheesy!

Umaibo Teriyaki Burger. Umaibo is a puffed corn stick snack and they never fail to come up with the most unique flavors for their treats. This one, for an instance, is flavored just like a teriyaki burger!

It’s so yummy and ridiculously similar to teriyaki burger, just crunchier!

Healthy Snacking Squishy Lemon Gummies. Packed with fiber and vitamin C, these lemon gummies strengthen the body’s building blocks and help create a sense of being full!

The gummy candies are square shaped, with little dark spots in the middle. It’s sour but not overwhelming, and the lemon flavor is fantastic.

Choco Banana DIY Kit. My kids are always looking forward to Japanese DIY kit snacks! This time, my kids will be making their own sweet-tasting Choco Banana!

The back of the package provides a step-by-step approach to prepare this flavorful snack. The instructions are written in Japanese letters, but you can check out the magazine because they have the English version of it.

Everything inside the DIY snack kit! There’s a plastic tray, a banana flavored soft candy, a stick, some sprinkles, and chocolate dip.

This was quick and easy to make. You just have to transfer everything in the tray separately. Take one banana using the stick, then dip it into the chocolate cream and the toppings.

Don Tacos Grilled Corn Flavor. We don’t really associate tacos with the Japanese but apparently, this bag of chips is inspired by the popular grilled corn that they eat as a snack in Japan.

The Japanese usually eat grilled corn with butter and soy sauce. Surprisingly, I could taste all those flavors in every bite of this snack. Each piece has a satisfying crunch too!

Caramel Corn Share Pack. This caramel corn is a staple snack in Japan. The variant that I received is caramel corn and they were individually packed in small pouches for sharing.

The crispy corn puffs are well coated with caramel so there is that mixture of sweet and salty flavor. Of course, the best part is that it comes in sharing packs so I can share the goodness with my family. Yum!

Easter Banana Kit Kats. This Easter-themed banana KitKat party pack is a limited edition flavor and exclusive only for Easter Season!

Japanese KitKat have the best flavors so we’re so excited to try this one!

The pack contains 12 pieces of individually wrapped KitKats that feature Easter bunnies!

How cute!

You can even write a message at the back of the packaging.

The banana KitKat is in light yellow. The smell is sweet, and so is the taste!

The banana coating was not that overpowering but delicious. The wafer inside has a chocolate filling which is a nice blend with the banana flavor.

Gudetama Candy. Gudetama is my favorite Sanrio character! It’s an egg-turned-mascot, and his attitude is everything.

A pack consists of 14 individually wrapped pieces of hard candies. The packaging features Gutedama’s various facial expressions!

The yogurt flavor is just right. It’s sweet and creamy, ideal as a pick-me-up no matter what time of the day.

Afternoon Tea White Chocolate Milk Tea. You can drink this chocolate milk tea hot or cold, depending on your preference. It’s a good idea to include a drink to wash down all those snacks you’ve been eating from the box. The flavored tea is a perfect balance of the sweet white chocolate and subtle bitterness of tea.

Baby Bear Gummies. We love gummy bears so we’re happy to see a pack of it in the box. These are fruit-flavored!

Each piece is chewy and bursting with flavor!

Colorful Seeds Soft Candy. These soft candies are basically the mix and match type. You can eat each flavor on their own or try to mix them. This pack comes in grape, orange, and ramune.

At the back of the pack, you will see a number of combinations that you can make with these candies. When you mix orange and grape, you will get the taste of green apple. Mix orange and ramune and you will get an orange soda. Grape and ramune will enhance the flavor of the grape like a grape soda. And when you mix the three, well, you need to find it out on your own.

These colorful candies look tasty! My kids and I had a great time trying the combinations out.

Can’t help but be wowed with all these Japanese snacks from Tokyo Treat! Boxes are always filled with the best and most popular snacks from Japan, and sometimes they even throw in limited edition flavors like the banana-flavored KitKats. This month’s premium box offering is an easy two thumbs up for me because most of the snacks are not just delightful but also comes in good-for-sharing servings/packaging. We are always looking forward to seeing what surprises will this subscription brings next! Arigatou Gozaimasu, Tokyo Treat!
