Loot Crate DX is a deluxe monthly subscription box from Loot Crate. It’s themed with the regular Loot Crate theme, except it contains premium next level loot for discerning geeks! It’s like a special edition box from Loot Crate – every month!

DEAL: Save 15% on any subscription when you use this link and coupon code HELLOSUBSCRIPTION15.

You weren’t meant to see that… Cue the music…

The box comes with a tri-fold booklet.

The theme this month is ROLE MODELS DX and it was 100% Deadpool!

The booklet gives you a list of all the items in the box. It’s super sturdy and has a nice premium feel.

All the Loot Crate DX goodies this month!

Deadpool Mini 2 Poster. I really love promotional items from Deadpool! Flashdance plus Deadpool? 100% hilarity!

Taco Pin. Poutine Chimichangas are Deadpool’s favorite food, I don’t really understand why a Taco is here…

The pin looks cool though, with all the colors you can relate to a delicious real-life taco. But still, this month’s hero is a fan of chimichangas! You read that right, CHIMICHANGAS.

Ok ok I kid, he’s been known to eat a taco or two and loves all Mexican food ???and other amazing stuff.

Deadpool Raglan. That Chibi Deadpool design looks awesome, and it definitely made this shirt look good goooood!

There’s something about Chibi designs that make a shirt look cooler, at least for me… Well, anything with Deadpool on it automatically makes a merch look great. This black-sleeved red raglan looks smoking hot even without a flame so, SMOLDER!

Kawaii Baby Deadpool Dad Cap. The cap is another item that features a kawaii chibi Deadpool.

The patch is well secured on the cap. Its design is based on his comic’s recap page! A RECAP CAP I suppose! I love the Chibi look, not everyone will!

The cap is adjustable so I can comfortably fit this on my crown.

Marvel Deadpool PopTaters Mr. Potato Head. This month’s featured figure is a Poptaters Collector’s Edition. Of course, it features none other than Deadpool!

It came in a Loot Crate exclusive packaging.

There’s Mr. Potato, looking ready to reveal his new family member! Ha!

The figure comes in 4 easy to attach parts. But I don’t think that face will look good on Deadpool though!

Yep, not putting that face on him! Deadpool is Deadpool and even without a funny face, he is totally hilarious! But carbs and laughter is not a good combination…

Still, I love how they make this little potato special by donning Deadpool’s suit!

I actually love every detail of it!

It actually looked like those M&M figures… And like what I’ve said earlier, anything that has or is Deadpool automatically turns it into a great item, a real collectible! FYI, as far as I can tell this is the exact same as the commercially available $30 edition.

Deadpool: Drawing The Merc With A Mouth Book. A reprint (smaller size) of the $16 book.

Explore the greatest art from over two decades of Marvel’s Deadpool comics with this deluxe art book.

This deluxe book celebrates over twenty years of Deadpool comic art, showcasing iconic covers, stunning panels, and other amazing art from the Marvel Comics archives.

Originally created by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza as a minor villain for a spin-off X-Men comic, Deadpool has since gone on to become a cult phenomenon, headlining several ongoing comic book series and causing irreverent mayhem throughout the Marvel Comics universe. For the first time, Deadpool: Drawing the Merc with a Mouth tells the full story of the character’s creation and evolution through interviews with the artists and writers who made him what he is today, including Fabian Nicieza, Mark Waid, Joe Kelly, and Reilly Brown. Filled with stunning art that showcases Deadpool’s off-the-wall comics career, from his origins in the pages of The New Mutants to his outlandish adventures with the Deadpool Corps and his team-ups with Marvel Comics A-listers such as Spider-Man and Wolverine, this book is a visually striking journey into Wade Wilson’s bizarre world. Featuring an exclusive cover by legendary Deadpool artist Reilly Brown and a selection of art that’s more mouthwatering than a bucket of chimichangas, Deadpol: Drawing the Merc with a Mouth is an essential addition to the collections of comic book fans everywhere.

The book also comes with an exclusive print of the Reilly Brown cover art.

Unlike most Loot Crate exclusive editions, this one’s actually a hard cover! The main difference besides the size I think is that this edition doesn’t have a print at the back of the book and a dust jacket.

The book comes in a Loot Crate edition size.

The book is hardbound and has glossy pages, with really nice colors!

Wanting to know more about the merc with a mouth? This book has got you covered!

The illustrations and the way they presented the character development is simply amazing!

I love how this book shares the art of doing Deadpool… Not really how Deadpool is drawn but how his character evolved from a minor villain to the superhero he is now!

This is a definite must-have for Deadpool fans or any comic fans. It’s really a fantastic inclusion that celebrates over 20 years of the art, iconic covers, panels, and amazing artistry from this one of a kind super(hero)-once-villain.

I love Deadpool so this box is an auto-win, especially as I’m a fan of chibi style. I love that Loot Crate DX didn’t only send cool Deadpool items for display and wearing but also included a book that will let us understand and appreciate the character even more. Now it’s time to build an epic pile of poutine chimichangas.
