Boxwalla Beauty Box is a bi-monthly beauty subscription box that contains non-toxic and cruelty-free products sourced from artisans in the US.

Boxwalla is a subscription box company that offers four themes – natural beauty, artisanal food, international film, or books! With Boxwalla, you’ll be able to discover great artisans and artists from across the globe.

The box itself is a luxe cotton rag paper covered box handcrafted by artisans in Rajasthan, India, and no child labor is ever used. The outside of the reusable box indicates which variety of Boxwalla you received. I love how the box itself supports socially and environmentally conscious goals.

The information card is a letter from “The Drunken Boxwallas” detailing each of the products. The theme this month was MOSSAIC.

They also remind the subscribers to share their thoughts about the box on Instagram using #boxwallabeauty for a chance to win a free box.

Everything in the June 2018 Boxwalla Beauty Box! SO thrilled to try out MOSS!

Moss Illumina Decongesting Radiance Concentrate ($145) This concentrate is a combination of Vitamin C and exfoliating serum which promises to decongest acne prone skin and smooth wrinkles, as well as discoloration of aging skin. It also contains pumpkin enzyme that revitalizes cell renewal and clears impurities. Uneven skin tone is my #1 issue so I was thrilled about this item!

Organic wildcrafted botanicals make up 74% of its ingredients. They were sustainably harvested and 100% non-toxic too. You can apply this serum once every night or every other night as needed. All you need is a pump or two of the product per application. It is important to apply it after cleansing and before moisturizers or oils for proper absorption. You definitely need to follow with a night serum – it’s a little drying (but exfoliating without manual skin removal).

Moss Beurre Céleste Honey-infused Rinsable Cleansing Balm ($70) Infused with honey, this balm was formulated to provide hydration and eliminate signs of aging. It also has sunflower seed to fight acne,  macadamia oil for healing, kokum butter for anti-inflammation, and rosewood oil for sensitive skin. And the mild lemony scent is so amazing – when applying this I inhaled deeply to get the full sensorial benefit!

You can use it on dry and dirty skin! Just get a dime-quarter sized amount, and massage on the skin for 10-20 seconds. Unlike traditional balm cleansers, you don’t have to use a washcloth to remove the balm. You can simply rinse it off and then pat to dry. I just used a wipe!

This cleansing balm effectively removes grime, dissolves makeup, and emulsifies into an oil. It fights oil with oil and it has exfoliating properties and the face massage promotes circulation. The balm itself is almost a little springy/foamy.

Boxwalla features one brand at a time. It is the subscription box for you if you want to try out and support natural products that are innovative and a product of hard work and a creative mind. All skin care lines that are featured here are made with love and honed by time and experience. I am totally in love with Moss and this month’s box – and it’s still available for a few more days!  With a $215 value and this cult favorite skin brand, June’s box totally brought the wow factor!

I think they start shipping this upcoming week. It was an awesome box and I guess they just had the inventory in to ship review boxes early, which I always think is a great idea!
