Every month Target launches non-subscription Target Beauty Boxes. Depending on the contents, they are themed and cost $5-10, and sell out quickly! The March Target “Treat Yourself” Beauty Box was $7 and was initially released in store, along with a few other boxes.

Burt’s Bees Tinted Lipbalm In Red Dahlia ($4.79) I love Burt’s Bees products from the start, so I’m excited to try this balm. Its packaging is different from the usual bright and sunny yellow color (which I miss) but still looks good. As you might know, Burt’s Bees products are 100% natural and does work like a bee when it comes to lip care.
The lip balm is sheer red with purple undertones and left my lips with a pretty wine shade! It was easy to apply, plus it mademy lips feel soft and moisturized.
Olay Regenerist Whips Facial Moisturizer ($8.53) The tagline drewme in because I’m such a skin care hoarder, especially when it comes to moisturizing and anti-aging.
It has a strong and lingering smell upon opening (it smells like all Olay). If you have issues with products having strong scents, I would not recommend this. This face cream is very light and airy on the face which is good for oily skin. It is quickly absorbed by the face upon application. It is not sticky at all – pretty much a standard gel cream – but if you have dry skin I think this doesn’t provide enough moisture.
Bodycology Free & Lovely Coconut & Rose Body Butter ($0.69) When I encounter “butter” products I imagine it to be very sticky. This body butter proved me wrong. On top of the fragrant smell, I’m impressed by how easily my skin absorbs this product and it doesn’t feel greasy at all. Its ingredients include shea butter, coconut butter, and vitamin E.
Honest Beauty Refreshingly Clean Gel Cleanser ($4) Formulated with chamomile, calendula, yucca root extract and saponaria, this gel cleanser smells nice and doesn’t linger. It foams up well and I do feel refreshed and clean after using it to wash my face. A little amount of gel goes a long way and I’m happy that it didn’t dry my face.
Dr. Teals Pink Himalayan Foaming Bath ($0.43) The first thing that comes to mind about foam baths is that they must be relaxing. This one gets the job done, thanks to pink Himalayan salt and a combination of essential oils. After a long tiring day, the scent is soothing and its a bonus that it moisturizes and smooths the skin as well. A great way to feel rejuvenated!
Luxe By Mr. Bubble Sweet & Clean Meltaway Soak ($1.34) These bath bombs have vitamins C and E plus softening shea and cocoa butters!
I liked the smell and how it fizzles in my tub. Plus… grown up Mr. Bubble! I need to get some of these throwback products in the original scent!
ME! Bath Bath Bomb ($1.31) I love the lavender smell of these bath bombs and how soothing they can be!
It is gentle on skin and it is a hit with kids and they really make your skin super soft!
Getting a lot out of my $7 is awesome! You are in for a relaxation treat with these products. But to be honest, for the sake of variety, they could’ve just put 1 kind of bath bomb and added a cool facial mask instead to maximize the relaxation experience. I appreciate the potential of these goodies – all products that can moisturize and relax our bodies in different ways and the focused curation of this particular box means that it’s a real hit with bath lovers!
