Hello, Hair Goddess!
If you’re one of the lucky ladies blessed with natural curls, you also know the downside can be coarse, dry, frizzed-out strands. Inside this box you’ll find a few of our faves that’ll give your mane the moisture, care and attention it needs. Try ‘em out, and if you love them as much as we do, full the full-size versions at target.com/beautybox.
Jane Carter Solution Curls To Go ($2.75) Formulated for curly and coily hair, this styling product helps hydrate, de-tangle, and control frizz. It’s enriched with mango butter, slippery elm, marshmallow root, and can be used as a regular rinse out conditioner for wavy hair, or a leave-in for thicker and curlier hair types. This was absolutely perfect for my granddaughter, who has 3C curly hair.
Mielle Detangling Co-Wash ($1.50) It’s a sulfate-free and color-safe wash for dry and curly hair types. Ingredients include certified organic ingredients and natural oils such as coconut, shea, and marula oils that softens hair and controls frizz. This product also nourishes brittle hair, and at the same time detangles knots for a silky and bouncy result. Again, perfect for anyone with curly hair – we feel like we’re always detangling and this helped!
Camille Rose Aloe Whip Butter Gel ($3.85) Curly and frizzy hair usually needs a good styling hold, and this butter gel is just perfect for that purpose! It contains aloe vera juice extracts with avocado, macadamia and sweet almond essential oils that gives moisture and holds the style of your hair all day long.
Camille Rose Almond Jai Twisting Butter ($4.25) From the same brand is a volumizing butter that helps in managing coarse and thick hair. It softens and moisturizes hair while nourishing the scalp and stimulates hair growth.
Mielle Babassu & Mint Deep Conditioner ($1.75) For textured hair, this deep conditioner restores and deeply hydrates each strand of hair for healthy and shiny results. It’s lightweight and all-natural. It contains Babassu, which is a natural-growing palm fruit rich in sterol and tocopherol lipids that penetrate deep in the hair follicle to strengthen strands from within. It also has mint extracts that promote blood circulation to keep hair follicles healthy and triggers new hair growth.
TGIN Honey Miracle Hair Mask ($13.59) To wrap up the Define and Shine box is a deep hydrating hair mask, which makes the hair shiny and soft while repairing damage. It also treats dry, flaky and itchy scalp by hydrating it and keeping it moisturized. It contains olive oil that deeply moisturizes the hair by penetrating the hair shaft, and jojoba oil that seals in moisture at the cuticle layer.
This box was perfect for people with curly and coily natural hair – perfect for my granddaughter, and every one of these went into her Easter basket!. The hair butters are my favorite items from the box because they don’t just nourish the hair, they reach even the scalp and keep it moisturized making doing her hair a little easier right from the get-go. This box edition lives up to its promise, taking care and keeping one’s crowning glory beautiful! I was really impressed with the detangling power of all the items, and we’re definitely using our coupons to pick up more!
