Luxury Scent Box has a huge assortment of fragrances, including niche and designer choices such as La Vie est Belle  and TokyoMilk. Note that Premium fragrances are $3 extra. You can also search by brand or fragrance note to find something you might love.

I received my monthly scent and added and additional scent. Each scent came with a case and a velvet holder, which comes in the first box and keeps the sprayer from getting scratched in your purse or backpack.

I received a card…

…with instructions on how to change my perfume vials.

Luxury Scent Box recently started offering a Recommended Scent of the Month.

The back of the card included a description of those suggested scents.

Everything in my box!

The colors of the sprayers are so vibrant and pretty! They have an assortment of colors and ship a new one every quarter.

Silhouette in Bloom by Christian Siriano is a warm, sultry scent that would be perfect for date night. I would put this in the Oriental Floral family thanks to its base notes of musk and amber combined with rose and jasmine. It lasted quite a while and I was very happy with this one. I once received a comment from a reader who mentioned she liked a bit of “stank” in her perfumes and I would say this is a touch on the stanky side, without going overboard.

Halloween Blue Drop by Halloween is considered a floral but I think of it as a fresh citrus scent with a clean-smelling base of ambergris. It starts with a bright burst of fresh lemon zest and maybe a hint of white flowers. After the top notes wear off I’m left with that ambergris/ambroxan base note that to me smells like a combo of tamed rubbing alcohol and laundry detergent. It’s clean, fresh, zippy, and I am really amazed at that lemon peel scent, how in the heck did they bottle that? I only wish it lasted longer on my skin, but then I can reapply it without worrying that I’m causing a cloud of fumes around me. My husband liked it on me too.

I love that Luxury Scent Box has such a wide array of scents to choose from, including niche fragrances, which are my favorite. The two scents I received this month are very different from each other so I can wear one for day and the other in the evening without having them clash. I love that I got to try them without buying a huge bottle of scent that I may not like, and since I’ve never seen these in the store, it’s pretty much the only way I can try them without a bigger investment.
