HalfBloodPrints is a monthly subscription service that brings beautiful fandom artwork you can display at your home. The subscription costs $12 per month, and you’ll receive an 8×10 art print, a bookmark, a calendar magnet, a custom sticker, and a lot more surprises. There will be a different theme every month and are based on famous books, TV shows, movies, etc.  A premium subscription is also offered for $22.50, where you’ll get a monthly shirt included!

The subscription now has different options for subscribers. Aside from the regular box and premium subscription where you can get a monthly shirt on top of the regular sub, they are now also offering the following options:

  • Regular Box + Tank top
  • Regular Box + Hoodie
  • Shirt Only
  • Tank top only
  • Hoodie only

The regular subscription comes in a poly mailer (the colorful bag seen in the first picture above). The art is contained in a paperboard folder with an additional backer, so it remains in pristine condition.

You can also follow their Instagram account @halfbloodprintsmonthly for updates, theme hints, and more!

Everything in my HalfBloodPrints box! This month, the goodies are inspired by The Labyrinth!

The Labyrinth T-Shirt. I love the shade of green on this shirt. It features the Goblin King Jareth from the popular fantasy/action movie. IDEK why but I didn’t have this on Bluray, so I just snagged the 30th anniversary edition.

It’s an ode to Magic Dance, which was sung by David Bowie in the film. I was SO thrilled to open my box and find this shirt!

8X10 Print On Premium Heavyweight Matte Card Stock. The print features the handsome Goblin rock star-esque king. The words inscribed on the frame of this art is intended for Sarah, whom he wants to love him, and to whom he is willing to do everything. The artwork features the scene where Sarah confronts him in a room modeled after the Escher staircase.

Button Pin. The button pin is really an empowering piece too. Sarah is really a babe with the power, as she had fought the Goblin King with courage, and never let him overpower her. This pin will look great with denim jackets, tote bags, or backpack straps!

Limited Edition Fandom Trading Card. “It’s Hoggle.” The limited edition trading card from this month’s theme features Hoggle, Jareth’s gatekeeper who chooses to side with Sarah and disobey his master.

Hoggle is the first creature Sarah encounters in the labyrinth upon her arrival. He was first very unhelpful with her but decided to accompany her to her quest in finding her brother Toby.

Full-Color Bookmark. This month’s bookmark features the talking door knockers that said “it’s very rude to stare.”

The bookmark design shows a maze! Exactly what the movie is all about.

Die-Cut Magnet. The Worm is an extremely hospitable character in the movie who offers Sarah guidance when she is at the point of giving up her quest to save her brother. This cute creature has a cockney accent and wears a red scarf all the time.

The magnet’s hold is good so it will definitely make its way to our fridge!

Die-Cut Sticker. The sticker we got from this box is Ludo! Ludo is is a gigantic beast who Sarah rescues from a group of cruel goblins, and became her trusted friend. I need a Ludo stuffy.

Sticker Sheets. This sticker sheet features the lyrics from David Bowie’s song for the movie, titled Within You. Imagine the Goblin King rocking this song! This one was provided by Plan-It Planet!

Postcard. Lastly, the postcard features Sarah’s lines to counter Jareth. It’s the speech that finally made the king realize that he has no power over her, and just let her go back to her world with her brother.

This is a fun subscription that tends to fans as they bring out the true beauty and meaning of the featured shows, books or movies, from one fan to another! The Labyrinth is such a classic piece of art itself, and I love that they featured this cool movie. Jareth may be the main antagonist in the movie, but there’s no denying he’s a really cool guy, so getting items that feature him is great! I let this subscription go awhile back and I’m really excited to have it back – it was a great experience!

The owner had a baby and I believe is shutting down the subscription. We received two packages yesterday. The way they handled it was disappointing.
