I’m so excited to review another of CutiePieMarzia’s subscription boxes! It’s a quarterly box curated by CutiePieMarzia, who is an Italian Youtuber. I love her fashion style, so I was really happy to hear she had her own subscription box!

There are 2 versions of this box – the regular one for $29 per quarter, and the Very-Important-Marzipan box for $89. This is a review of the regular box. The CutiePieMarzia box ships from Toronto, Ontario and ships worldwide.

The theme this quarter is HIDEAWAY. All the illustrations on the box and info card are by Anke Weckmann!

Agadir Styling & Sculpting Gel ($6.99) — A travel size of a volumizing gel. It’s alcohol free so it won’t dry out your hair. It has argan oil in it to keep hair shiny and soft.

Agadir Hair Shield 450 ($0.75) — An argan oil treatment that protects hair up to 450 degrees as well as hydrates, adds shine, and removes frizz!

Sunday Riley Martian ($18.90) — This is one of Marzia’s faves, as she sent us a very generous near full size in one of her earliest boxes. It’s a gel toner that mattifies oily skin. It’s not suited for my skin type, but Sunday Riley products are awesome.

Elemis Superfood Night Cream ($25.30) — A night cream with barley, quinoa, flax seed, and sweet almond. I was interested in this until I saw the ingredients list includes lavender, which my skin and nose both dislike.

Amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo ($25) — SOOOOO excited to see a full size version of my fave dry shampoo! I’ve tried so many but this one always wins. It smells amazing and it feels so light and soft. It works the best for my fine hair and doesn’t leave a residue.

Pin — An exclusive by Anke Weckmann! I love the design of this on the rose gold base.

Washi Tape — Another exclusive! This is absolutely gorgeous and whimsical. I have so much washi tape but I won’t apologise for it, it’s so versatile!

Winky Lux Dattero Lipstick ($14) — A Marzia exclusive not out for release just yet! Just wait until you see the packaging…

Zoya Sawyer Nail Polish ($10) — This so reminds me of an orange creamsicle…

They’re both so cute, I can’t even!

Overtone Coupon — A coupon for $10 off Overtone, a hair colour conditioner shop. The colours look super fun, but I prefer my natural colour! Feel free to use the code MARZIATONE if you decide to try!

Wall Hanging — Another Anke design! This is the design from the box come to life in gorgeous oranges, pinks, and blue.

The value of the spring box is just over $110 — an awesome value! Marzia continues to put together great boxes with awesome brands. The exclusives are always a highlight for me.

Beware of this box. You can’t cancel it!!! I ordered the quarterly box for my daughter. Though she’s enjoyed the products, it’s a little pricey. Unfortunately, the only way cancel is by phone between 1-3pm Monday-Friday (so they say). However, no one ever answers the phone. I have tried calling at least 20 times in the last few weeks and sent 2 emails to the help desk without a response. And the voice mailbox is full, so you can’t leave a message. Seems very shady to me. But when I had a bank issue and switched credit card numbers, you’d better believe they were able to work around it and found a way to charge me for another quarterly box. It’s a shame that Cutepie has chosen to partner with a box company like this.

My wife and I watched the video advertising this box and she almost immediately decided to subscribe to it. However, the box she received didn’t have some of the items mentioned in the video. The video mentioned a notebook, some postcards, face masks, thermal cleansing balm, Glazen Face Glow, none of which were included. Needless to say, my wife was very disappointed when she opened the box.
Marzia showed all of these items as if they were in the box, do you have any idea why they were not in our box or yours?

Hi! As I mention in the top of the review, there are two versions of the box – the normal box, and the Very Important Marzia box. Likely that was the box she was opening in her video as it’s considered the “full” box featuring more items.

Edit: I pulled up Marzia’s unboxing video, and in the description she lists all the items included – certain items are noted “VIM” which basically confirms my suspicions that they are only included in the Very Important Marzipan edition of the box.
