Her recent cookbook, Molly on the Range, tells the story of the girl behind the blog and her life on the farm in the Upper Midwest with her husband, 12 hens and one “plump” rooster.
A box filled with Molly’s favorite things, you ask? Heck Yeh.
Look for a special surprise in the box that Molly has been working on. It is devoted to one of her favorite staple ingredients. Have we peaked your curiosity? Keep guessing 🙂
Each box will include:
Let’s talk tahini! Our newest CrateChef, Molly Yeh, included Organic Tahini in her crate from the sesame concept store Seed + Mill based in New York City’s Chelsea Market. For those of you who have never had tahini, it is a rich sauce or paste made from roasted ground sesame seeds. Behold the power of sesame! Sesame seeds are packed with protein, rich in calcium and iron and loaded with omega 3’s and 6’s.
Tahini is commonly know as one of the ingredients in hummus. But it is so much more! It’s versatility is endless – use it in dips, sauces, smoothies, baked goods even ice cream. Visit our blog for an easy, healthy side dish for dinner tonight courtesy of
Seed + Mill.
