Everything in the April 2018 Birchbox Curated Box!

Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner ($12.57) Precise eyeliner pens are always welcome in my makeup kit! This liquid eyeliner allows me to create thick cat-like flicks, and even defined lines that accentuate the eyes. It also has a long-lasting formula that contains algae extract for a smudge-proof finish.

Davines LOVE Smoothing Shampoo – For Coarse or Frizzy Hair ($7.69) Frizzy and unruly hair is really unpleasant; this creamy and soft-foamy shampoo which helps deal with those hair problems. It contains olive extract that cleanses and moisturizes, while thoroughly smoothing the hair.

Davines LOVE Smoothing Conditioner – For Coarse or Frizzy Hair ($1.42) To complete the hair wonder pair, I also got this conditioner that I can use after every shampoo. It can tame dry and frizz-prone hair, by keeping the hair moisturized as it also contains olive extract.

Although I have fine hair that doesn’t tend to frizz, I love Davines and it doesn’t weigh down my hair – I tend to use moisturizing shampoo sets like these as a hair treatment, and it really softens everything up!

Acure Organics Brilliantly Brightening Facial Scrub ($2.50) Great for all skin types, this facial scrub is made with sea kelp, lemon peel, and French green clay. It helps soften, detoxify, and cleanse my skin without stripping away natural moisture. Another key ingredient is the madonna lily, which leaves the skin with a bright glow.

Clarins Multi-Active Day Cream SPF 20 – All Skin Types ($3.17) An active day cream that helps visibly minimize fine lines and boost radiance of skin. It has encapsulated teasel extract that delivers targeted revitalizing and anti-aging action to where your skin needs it most. It also contains myrothamnus extract that visibly smooths, tones, and de-stresses. This made my skin really soft, and it has an SPF, so it’s a great day cream!

Jane Iredale Just Kissed Lip and Cheek Stain in Forever Pink ($25 for the full size – $5 for this one?) If you’re a fan of pinkish lips and light flush on your cheeks, this stain in bullet-style is perfect for you. This stain is a teeny weeny item without a size on the tube, so we’re guessing $5.

This lip and cheek stain is rich in natural botanicals that enhance your natural skin color. It’s non-drying and long-lasting that flatters the skin undertone as it adjusts to your own chemistry!

This box’s total retail value is about $27! My favorite items are the eyeliner pen that makes gorgeous cat eyes and the stain that makes cheeks look a little sun-kissed. Of course, I’m happy with the skin care products too, especially the Clarins antioxidant day cream that minimizes fine lines. This may be a tiny box, but the value is great
