I found a card with my products listed. I do not wear contacts but I have two daughters who do so this is a very convenient subscription to have.

There was a calendar inside the box. Stick this somewhere handy so you can make sure to change your lenses after 30 days.

My items were packed tight inside the box so they wouldn’t shift during shipping.

Everything in my box!

Bausch + Lomb Bio True Multi Purpose Solution 2oz ($2.33) and Bausch + Lomb Bio True Multi Purpose Solution 10oz ($8.88) Both of my daughters use Bio True to clean their lenses since that is what their doctor ordered. Actually, he merely suggested it but it has worked fine and dandy and we have no need to switch. I like that there was a travel-sized bottle included so my daughter can take it with her when she goes out of town to camp or vacation. Optikal has four different solutions to choose from. The smaller sized bottle was actually a bonus item, which may vary from box to box. Other bonus items sent may include rewetting drops, gummy vitamins for your eyes, or hand soap to use before handling your contacts.

Air Optix Breathable Contact Lenses Here’s where box customization comes in. These are the contacts that my daughter uses but Optikal offers a lot of different brands. If you don’t see your current brand, you can email them to see if they can get you what you need. My daughter has the same prescription in each eye but there were stickers on the outside of the box for easy reference. You will need to send a copy of your prescription to Optikal so they can process your order.

The lenses are fresh, notice the expiration date isn’t for a couple of years.

The lenses are suspended in their sterile pod until they need to be used.

Optikal Case Kit ($3.99) Optikal sends a kit to help keep your lenses clean.

There were three lens cases, so you can throw away the old case when you change your lenses every month.

I am assuming the “R” stands for “right.”

These are sturdy and should keep the lenses safe in an overnight bag.

Optikal Contact Lense Wipes ($0.83) Were also in the care kit.

Stick the wipes in a makeup bag or whatever it is that you carry on-the-go and when a lens snafu pops up, then you can handle them with clean hands. No one wants to use dirty hands to handle something that goes in their eyes!

I think Optikal is a convenient way to get lenses and care products sent on a quarterly basis. The price for the contacts alone was about the same as what I was charged at the optometrist, but this box comes with extras and will help remind my daughter to take good care of her eyes. If you have an FSA or HSA for medical bills then you can also pay for your subscription using those funds.
