February’s SnackFever theme is Winter Love. This is a review of the original box.

On the back of the booklet, there are new Korean vocabulary words, as well as selfies of subscribers with their Snack Fever boxes.

Inside the booklet is a list of items included in the box.

You can also see what is included in their other boxes, like the RamyunFever and DoshirakFever boxes.

Here are the full contents of February’s Original box. To see all of our SnackFever reviews, click here.

Cheer Up My Love Bracelet. It’s a blue silicone wristband with the words “cheer up, my love” in white. It comes with a pink card where you can write a short note for the person you are giving it to.

Basil Love Seed Stick. This seed stick is pretty interesting. It allows you to grow your garden simply by planting the stick into the soil.

It looks like a bookmark with a tapered end. The tapered end of the stick has a pouch for the basil seeds and it’s marked as to how deep it needs to go into the soil.

On the flip side of the stick is a step by step instruction on how to plant the seeds.

Apollo. This pack contains individual yogurt-flavored sticks. It comes in a variety of flavors and colors.

There are four flavors included in the pack: pineapple, blueberry, green apple, and strawberry. I like them all because they’re sweet and fun to eat! It’s like the Korean version of pixi stix!

Lemon Full Mate Tea. Two lemon tea bags are also included in the box. They are intended to provided a health boost and they also aid in digestion.

Watermelon Jelly. Gummy candies have always been our favorite and this is a pack of watermelon flavored gummies is no exception. They’re super chewy and flavorful!

The bite-sized candies look like mini watermelon slices. SO good!

French Grape Pie. We received two of this individually wrapped grape-flavored pie snack.

It’s a flaky puff pastry with grape jam on top and a sprinkle of sugar. It’s delicious, no wonder Koreans love French pastries.

Homerun Ball Non-Fat Milk. These round crispy biscuits boast of a yummy filling made with non-fat milk.

Inside the foil packet is a white plastic tub filled with all the biscuits.

They remind me of cream puffs, and they’re fun to munch on because they’re bite-sized. The filling is really creamy and sweet! These snacks really show the influence of French cuisine on Korean snack foods!

Sabre Cacao Nibs. They put a twist to the usual chocolate chip cookies by using cacao nibs.

Cacao nibs have a rich chocolate taste, but it can be bitter or nutty.

Inside the box are individually wrapped cookies. It keeps the cookies fresh in case you can’t consume the entire box in one seating.

If you see the cookies outside their packets, they look like ordinary chocolate chip cookies. However, when you bite into them, that’s when you’ll know that the taste is richer and the flavor is heavier.

Shimkung Heart Cone. These cute strawberry flavored rice snacks are supposedly heart shaped. It’s a nice treat for the sweet tooth!

Ssal Lo Byul. It’s another rice snack which are unevenly shaped, somehow resembling popcorn.

These goodies are fun to munch on while watching TV! The hearts were sweet and strawberry and there were a ton of them! The other snacks had a lightly sweet savory flavor.

I enjoyed exploring different Korean snacks through Snack Fever this month, and I’m always happy to receive unique treats which are usually hard to find in US stores. My favorite is the French grape pie, it’s so addicting and I wish I had more. The love seeds was also a fun inclusion, I can’t wait to see the herb grow! If you’re looking for a way to discover new Korean snacks and classic Korean favorites, this subscription is for you. They even include Korean vocabulary words every month, in case you’re interested in learning Korean too!
