Everything in the box!

All the bakeries featured in this box have their little introduction with their web address so you can order more of your favourites!

A second card tells us a bit more about all the sweets we get to discover.

An in-depth ingredients list is also included for all of the items on the reverse. I appreciate that, it’s easier to avoid whatever could contain an allergen. I also like that you have an expiry date for each items, which is good if you intend to pace yourself (we don’t).

Olde Tyme Kettle Kitchen: Skor Chocolate Tart and Turtle Fudge Tart. I love butter tarts and these tarts were a nice variation on it, except the base was made with chocolate instead of sugar-butter goodness. The crust was flaky, but soft, and the fudge was sweet, soft and delicious!

Hotti Biscotti: Vanilla St. Patrick’s Day Biscotti. Flaky, sweet but buttery, this biscotti was a classic!

I love Chocolate: Chocolate Covered Mint Fudge.

Easy to crack open, the peppermint fragrance is tamed by the sweet milk chocolate. It’s creamy and lovely.

Olde Tyme Kettle Kitchen: Chocolate Caramel Corn. I love caramel corn, especially when the popcorn still has its crunchy texture. The caramel forms a lovely sweet crust and the drizzle of chocolate adds an other dimension to this classic treat. We wanted more!

Once again, we really enjoyed our Baker’s Krate. I liked the mint flavor of the fudge, and with me, you can never go wrong with a butter tart and its variation! The corn was delicious as well. Overall, there was a nice variety of treat this month, and enough to share with someone!

What do you think of this month’s treats?
