Saint of the Month Subscription box is for those who want to learn more about the Saints and ways to become holy themselves. Each box comes with 4-5 gifts which will be opened each week. You will also get a set of goals to complete each week and when you complete them you get to open your gift. You will also get a brochure on the Saint and virtues.

This box is still available – the cutoff for this box is the 26th of the month!

Goody, goody, goody, a new subscription box and one I just can’t wait to open. Saint of the Month is intriguing when you first open it. There’s little packages with Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 and Week 4. The little packages are nicely wrapped. I had to unwrap them so I could write about what’s inside but I wonder if I could wait if I didn’t have to write? Probably not.

DEAL:  Save 50% off your first box on a monthly plan with promo code HOLY!

Bible Translations Guide. Then you see a brochure about the Bible translation guide which is helpful when you’re trying to find the right translation for your particular needs.

The guide will help Catholics and other Christians to understand the basics of the Sacred Scriptures.

Each item comes individually wrapped in brown Manila paper (for some of the weeks).

Everything in my box! Each week comes with a different item.

Now to unwrap the little packages, Week 1 is The New Testament. Great to have your Bibles all around. This one is going into my RV.

The New Testament. For the first week, make a plan to read the Bible everyday with this item.

The New Testament discusses the teachings and person of Jesus, as well as events in first-century Christianity. Christians regard both the Old and New Testaments together as Sacred Scripture.

Week 2 is a CD, “A quick introduction to the Bible,” by Matthew Kelly. My first thoughts was I don’t need an introduction and then I thought, “why not!” Never too old to start again, I might actually learn something new and I do like Matthew Kelly’s work.

A Quick Introduction to the Bible by Matthew Kelly. In this CD, we will learn more about the Bible.

Don’t be intimidated by the Bible. This is our book. It lays out a blueprint for happiness. It helps us understand the heart of God and his incredible dreams for us. This CD will help you understand what the Bible is, how to read it, and how to listen to the voice of God in your life.

Week 3 is a Bible but not just any Bible, it has a different translation and compact to easily fit into your purse or large pocket. English Standard Version which is a Protestant translation. I must say it’s a beautiful dark black with Celtic cross on the front. (Whoops I forgot a picture just by itself – please see the last photo!)

Compact Bible Exclusive Edition. A copy of another Bible’s version will help us understand the differences in each translation.

Week 4 is a cloth bag and in the bag is a Holy Bible keychain. I might just give this to my husband because he has keys to our church and church hall, perfect for those keys, I think. There is also 24K gold plated necklace with the crucifix. This I’m keeping, it’s bright and beautiful and will make a wonderful reminder to those that see it what “it’s” all about.

Gold Crucifix Necklace and Mini Bible. Like what St. Jerome said

Ignorance of Scripture is Ignorance of Christ.

that reminds us the importance of Christ in reading the scriptures and the items for the 4th week will help remind you of it. The necklace is simply beautiful and the mini Bible keychain comes in handy too.

The weekly goals will help you put each item in to good use.

And for our Saint of the Month…

We have Saint Jerome, or in Latin, Eusebius Sophronius Hieronymus for this month.

So I get the card that has Saint Jerome printed on it and all I can think is, “l’ll get 4 weeks worth of information on St. Jerome. The first thing to do is to read the information card and I learned St Jerome not only studied the Bible but also translated it.

Everything in this box is wonderfully curated, especially for those who really wanted to know and understand the sacred scriptures. And St. Jerome will help us out via his translations.

The Saint of the Month Box is really a magnificent offering each month, especially with the featured Saints. It’s really a great box for Catholics, or for religious/spiritual people who love to learn more about the sacred writings. Each item this month is really valuable, and we’re really happy receiving items that gives inspiration and brings us closer to our faith. The wonderful items in the box were chose along with the saint, who said, “Ignorance of Scripture is Ignorance of Christ.” I can’t wait to get next month’s box! This box is also a perfect gift to share or pass around, to bring love and hope to each other’s hearts.
