The Men’s Health Box is a quarterly subscription box service curated by the editors of Men’s Health magazine. The box costs $89.99 per quarter, and promises a “kickass box of curated products” worth more than $150.

The box is always stuffed to the top with products. Usually they have no room for packing material.

The information card lists everything in the box, giving a brief description and approximate value. The box promises to deliver goods relating to fitness, grooming, fashion, tech, and food/nutrition – little colorful icons show which category each item represents. I’ve found that there is typically one Tech item and multiple items for each of the other categories — 14 total items in the box!

Everything in my Men’s Health Box this quarter.

Men’s Health Custom Lapel Pin ($15) I like the pin’s nostalgic kettlebell design, as well as the motivational quote. However, I think the ascribed value is a bit much at $15.

There’s also a card the contains a 20% discount code for your next purchase on Pins by Ferris.

FLXCuf Bands ($14.99) These bands are for keeping rolled-up dress shirt sleeves in place without multiple folds. They let you achieve the pulled-back sleeve look.

It’s a one-button band with a length of 2.75 inches and can be stretched for additional 2 inches for a more flexible fitting. It holds sleeves in place, with no need for constant readjustment throughout the day.

Organic Valley Organic Fuel Whey Protein Powder In Vanilla Flavor ($3.11)

Organic Valley Organic Fuel Whey Protein Powder In Chocolate Flavor ($2.53)

Each packet contains organic whey protein made of milk from pasture-raised cows. It doesn’t contain any GMO, gluten, antibiotics, soy, and artificial sweetener.

I like the focus on organic ingredients, and each one has a whopping 26 grams of protein!

It comes with a recipe booklet.

Outdoor Tech Calamari 2.0 Cords ($24.95) This 3-in-1 cable connector is Apple MFI certified.

This cord is 35 inches long and is water resistant!

On the side of the packaging, you will see a list of gadgets compatible with the cable connector.

The blue cord has a built-in strap for easier folding.

Every connector plug also has a built-in cover on each end for better protection. The lightning and type-c plug onto the micro USB to convert it.

Polo Red Limited Edition ($51.99) Featuring a blend of spicy saffron and deep redwood, infused with bright top notes of red grapefruit, this limited edition scent is perfect for any thrill-seeker.

From the box to the bottle, everything in this Polo Red limited edition is just so classy!

The popular Polo logo was even stitched on the top of the box.

The fragrance is energizing, and it fits the red color of the bottle really well. However, it doesn’t stay on for a long time so you might have to reapply when needed.

Zing Socks In BoltZ Print ($7) The sock designs from this brand are inspired by young adults with autism and other developmental abilities. The pair I got has a light blue color with designs such as white clouds, water droplets, and thunderbolts.

The socks are made up of cotton, nylon, polyester, spandex, and rubber.

The design is awesome! It’s the perfect pair of dress socks to wear when you want a pop of fun in your usual ensemble, and even on casual days!

Also included is a card that contains a code for 1 free pair of socks when you purchase $20 or more on Zing Socks.

Spongelle Men’s Super Buffer ($18) Packed with coconut oil and a blend of energizing extracts, this shower buffer produces lots of lather and keeps the skin feeling smooth and hydrated.

It has a pleasant smell! Apple, pineapple, and rum are the top notes, and the middle notes include clove, sage, and pepper. The base notes are sandalwood, amber/spicy, and vanilla. It’s quite unusual to see a shower product with such a complex and layered fragrance.

Since it’s already infused with body wash, the sponge lessens time in the shower. One sponge can last for at least 20 washes.

No Sweat Hat Liner ($6.99) These disposable and hypoallergenic hat liners stick on the inside of any hat, helmet or hard hat. They soak up sweat to avoid dripping, fogging and stains.

It locks and seals all the sweat inside the core, allowing the surface to be completely dry, even when it is fully saturated.

It’s easy to use, just peel it then stick it! I’ve packed these into my suitcase to try out on our next warm-climate trip.

Dove Men+Care Cooling Relief Fortifying Shampoo ($5) Men’s Health usually includes major brands in their boxes, and for this box it’s a menthol-infused men’s shampoo from Dove. It gives an instant cooling effect that helps relax your scalp and hair.

2 Go Brand Shoe Cleaner Kit ($19.99) The cleaning kit includes a brush and a 98.3% natural shoe cleaner. This is useful for removing dirt and stains from mesh, leather, and suede shoes.

Grooming Lounge Mug Scrubber ($23.47) Men also need to exfoliate once in a while, and this deep-cleaning formula is perfect for that. It removes dirt and oil without making the skin dry or irritated. Ingredients include contains jojoba beads, which are natural, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable. This exfoliator also works great as a pre-shave treatment.

Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds ($0.33) Almonds are great for snacks, but this pack is even better because it doesn’t contain any artificial ingredients or flavors. It’s a good source of fiber too!

Munk Pack Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies ($2.80) This protein cookie is a good alternative for your usual energy bars. It’s vegan and gluten-free! Best of all, it’s flavored with peanut butter and chocolate which, as we all know, is such a mouthwatering combination.

Munk Pack Double Dark Chocolate Protein Cookies ($2.80) I also received the cookies in dark chocolate flavor, and it’s just as good. The texture is really nice (like a cake-cookie), and I would eat and enjoy these regardless of the protein content!

SKLZ Mini Resistance Bands ($15.99) For increasing core strength and stability, the box included a three-pack of mini multi-resistance training bands.

These bands are made of high-quality latex rubber.

The colors represent the intensity of resistance you want for your workout. The yellow band has light resistance, the red band has medium resistance, while the black band has heavy resistance.

It also comes with an instruction manual on how you can effectively use the bands.

These bands are small enough to bring during travels or for packing in a workout bag. It’s a great training tool that can be used anywhere and anytime.

I always look forward to Men’s Health boxes because they fill it with such a great variety of items, from fashion and grooming to fitness to tech to food and more. It’s like getting a variety of subscription boxes in one go. This quarter, the highest valued item is the Polo cologne. It was okay for me, but I was expecting something a lot more useful and practical — fragrance is a very personal thing, so providing a big jug is a bit of a risk. Overall, this subscription is definitely worthy of purchasing, whether for yourself or as a gift.
