A tri-fold pamphlet is included, which gives more information for this month’s box contents.
It gives you a full list of all the wearables in your box.
I don’t even think this full-color multi-page booklet is necessary because the items really do speak for themselves, but it’s nice to see the variations. A flat card would suffice!
Everything in my box!
Luna Quote T-Shirt. It’s so Luna, not just because of the spectrespecs! And as colorful as Luna’s personality, this shirt will surely bring inspiration! The only downside of this shirt is that the screenprinting process discolored the shirt itself. I’m hoping for it to even out in the wash.
The quote in this shirt was actually said by Luna’s mom. It tells about still being positive and hopeful.
The things we lose have a way of coming back to us in the end. If not always in the way we expect.
Magical Alley T-Shirt. This box of wearables won’t be complete without shirts designed by Risa Rodil, and now we got the Magical Alley in red!
The shirt features the alley where we can get all the magical school supplies we need, and it’s one of the first places you’ll go to when you get your Hogwarts letter!
Animals T-Shirt. This is another shirt designed by Risa and it features some of the known magical pets in all of the wizarding world!
A cat, an owl or a toad, you don’t have to choose what pet you’ll bring along because you can take them all with this shirt. I am just wondering why they didn’t include a Scabbers (rat) on the design… well, I guess Crookshanks will be displeased!
Luna T-Shirt. Here’s another shirt that features our favorite Ravenclaw, Luna “Loony” Lovegood!
Luna is one of the most loved characters from the series, she’s kind of weird but real witty, brave and lovable. Such a perfect Ravenclaw. Also, Harry gave tribute to her by naming his daughter after her, because she’s one who stood by him during his fights with the dark lord. And when you see a spectrespecs or a lion hat, Luna would probably be the first to come in mind!
Hmmm… I guess we’ll attend a potion’s class with the Half-blood Prince!
It’s another set of FUNtastic shirts from Geek Gear World of Wizardry. My favorite is actually the colorful Luna quote shirt, it’s really has some character into it, plus the quote is really motivational. I also like the red Magical Alley design, and the kids loved the animal shirt, they can’t decide who will get that one! This is really an awesome subscription for any Potterhead. That hint got us all excited for the next box, and as a Slytherin, I’m wondering if our Head of the House will make an appearance. The only really disappointing thing – I haven’t been getting this box in my size! I switched up our subscription because post baby (is she a Slytherin like me to round out 4 different houses for 4 kids?!) I’m excited to fit some Potterverse into my closet again!
