My Beauty Diary Black Pearl Mask ($1.30) This brightening sheet mask felt soothing and nourishing on my skin. It contains black pearl essence from Tahiti, lemon extract, red algae, and yeast proteins that helps in repairing complexion.
The fabric used for the sheet mask is silky and quite sturdy. It is packed with lots of essence, so I had plenty to pat on my face after I put the mask on for 20-30 minutes. It’s awesome. I liked the instant hydrating effect, but the brightening effect might only take place if I use it regularly.
Hask Coconut Oil Deep Conditioner ($1.99) Seeing this hair conditioner in the box reminded me that I need to pamper my hair before it gets worse because of winter! It contains Monoi Oil which is known for its re-hydrating and softening qualities. It’s ideal for all types of hair, plus it doesn’t contain sulfates, phthalates, or any harmful chemicals. It’s a little moisture-heavy for my hair, but it went a looong way!
Vera Wang Embrace Fragrance ($1.20) This eau de toilette spray has dreamy notes of mango, melon and cardamom, marigold and gardenia, sandalwood and soft musk.
I like the fruity floral scent, however it didn’t last long so I had to reapply.
Nexxus Comb Thru Finishing Mist ($1.71) Formulated to keep the hair smooth and shiny, this hair spray contains Nexxusphere time-released technology that includes nutrients, antioxidants and UV protectors. It can be sprayed on after styling, at approximately 10 inches away from the hair. Only a light mist is needed, but you can spray again later to freshen your style. It holds the hair pretty well without any sticky residue and it also keeps the hair natural looking.
imPRESS Press-On Manicure ($7.49 for 30 count) This pack contains 30 press-on nails including accents. The nails are red while the accents are glittery. I like the gel finish and the size of the nails which is just about right, not too long.f
At the back of the packaging is a coupon which can be used at Target when buying any press-on manicure.
Chapstick Total Hydration Moisture + Tint House Red ($4.99) This tinted lip balm keeps the lips smooth and soft, while enhancing the natural lip color. It’s a great winter companion!
It is made with naturally sourced ingredients, including raspberry seed and jojoba oils. You can wear it alone for an everyday look, but layering a lipstick on top is also good. How great is it that it’s Target Red?!?!
Rimmel London Shake It Fresh Mascara In Extreme Black ($5.99) It’s a unique mascara using a patented shaker system that refreshes the volumizing formula. Thanks to this, the formula stays good as new and clump free.
Shake it to refresh it, but only when needed.
It has an awesome brush with flexible fibers which volumizes and separates lashes. It’s mess-free and allows for a more defined look!
This holiday box from Target has a nice selection of items, which covered mostly beauty basics. Everything is usable, and I’m definitely putting the tinted lip balm and the mascara in my everyday beauty kit. It was a good deal considering the box only costs $7!
