This is my first time to subscribe to this box. The reviews were very good and previous boxes looked fantastic. I know that they are having shipping problems from some of their vendors. I suspect it’s probably because most of the stuff is coming from China and weather-related issues around the country. However, we were told they would ship out last week. When that did not happen, I was told they would ship out this week.
It is Saturday the 10th, and we are now almost halfway into March. Still no box, is this normal for this subscription box?
Sundae Home moved to a bimonthly model I think to avoid #1 product overload and #2 fulfillment issues like this one. I wouldn’t be surprised if any subscription box company said they received assurances that they’d be shipped product in February and didn’t receive it. Lunar New Year shuts down a lot of businesses and in my experience talking with box owners they all believed they would have the items to ship on time. I think bimonthly is going to work out great for Sundae Home.
