Everything in the January 2018 Find Your Happy Curated Box!

Smashbox Cosmetics Photo Finish Radiance Primer ($9.36) Packed with hyaluronic acid and shea butter, this primer keeps the skin hydrated while prepping it for make-up application. The micro-fine amber and bronze pearls gives the skin a warm illuminating glow, and it blurs not only pores but also fine lines. It’s the perfect make-up base!

Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo ($2.88) Cypress, argan and maracuja were combined in this shampoo to help in repairing and restoring the hair. It balances the scalp and makes the hair strands stronger without the greasy feeling. It doesn’t contain parabens, sulfates or sodium chloride, plus it’s color and keratin treatment safe. The formula is vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free too.

Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Conditioner ($3.82) To accompany the shampoo is an ultra-hydrating conditioner made with healing oils. It smells great although the scent is light and feels light on the hair too.

I was really excited to get these, I just wish they were more strongly scented. I got luxe bouncy hair results from the set, I just wanted it to be more smelly. The in-shower sensory experience was great – super creamy with a light gold tint!

Laura Geller New York Fortifying Lashes Eyelash Primer ($22) This black tinted eyelash primer will work well with any mascara to achieve a dramatic look for the eyes. And, it seems like it’s a full-size product!

This primer has a lengthening and volumizing effect. It promises to make the lashes stronger too. This is the first lash primer I’ve ever seen that’s tinted black. On the one hand – no white streaks – but on the other, how can you tell you’ve coated all of it with mascara (especially if you can’t see well)? Ultimately I got good results!

Clark’s Botanicals Age Defying Radiance Cream ($27.16) Last item in the box is this botanical-infused cream moisturizer that brings a youthful glow to the skin. It has a satin finish and also keeps the skin smooth and firm. Ingredients include sea buckthorn, progeline, and dipeptides. The Clark’s has no size so I scooped it out and weighed it – 11 g of product. A generous sample – the full size is $119!

This month’s curated box is a great catch for $10. It has an array of products that can be used for your hair, skin, and even you lashes. My favorites are the primer and the age-defying cream, but the rest of the curation is high-quality and usable too. With a good amount of the pricey Clark’s and the full size primer, this box added up to about $65! Amazing value for this tiny box!
